This is a sweet little neighborhood park– very basic, I’m not sure I’d go so far as to call it a hidden gem or anything. Best access is taking the Ledge View entrance to the neighborhood from Thousand Oaks. There’s a tennis court, a basketball court, and a baseball diamond, all poorly maintained(ie cement cracked, weeds taking over the outfield, torn nets). But there’s a great wooded trail, perfect for dog walking. As a bonus, there’s a water fountain for both people and dogs!

Found a nice little park out here in San Antonio. Really enjoyed the scenery and the chain nets on the basketball court. It was cool seeing the deer running around while I shot some hoops. Hottest water fountain ever but hey least they have one. Very hidden, if you don’t live in the area you might have a hard time finding it. Luckily it was something I looked up prior to getting here. Most likely will be coming back when I need to get away from everything.

Small neighborhood park hidden in the surround area, it is about 0.4 miles around the loop, there is also a basketball court, tennis court and baseball field, I’m not sure if you need to sign up for them. Funny thing is that even though the park is only .4 mils around the loop, but it too me over 2 miles to walk to and back. LOL

I actually refrained from even putting this park on Unilocal for about a year now, let alone review it. I know, that’s selfish; I looked at it as my little secret place. Well, now I’m sharing it with you. But you have to promise me that you will only come here if you are a nice person and clean up after your dog’s poop. It has a decent little walking/jogging loop, a tennis court and basketball court. It’s quiet. It’s peaceful. And that’s what I love about this park.
