If I could give less than one star I would. Here is what happened.
My wife and I went here looking for a kitchen table. As we were looking we noticed a sign that said lowest price 200% guarantee. We noticed a table we had just looked at in rooms to go and it was cheaper there so we asked about the deal. We were told that if you find it cheaper somewhere else they would refund the difference plus 200%.
We thought we ha just found a great deal. I said to the saleswoman, «I know this is cheaper at rooms to go». She verified the price and said they would sell it for $ 30 cheaper. I mentioned that was not in line with their guarantee. We were basically told too bad.
Awful customer service and their guarantee is worthless. I will never purchase from this store.
