As a new patient, they were quick to get me an appintment set up and in the office. I was even called back a few minutes early, which never happened at my previous office. Dr Keith listened to all my health concerns and got me set up and back on track. I’m very glad my friend referred me to this office.

In my honest opinion, I strongly believe that the lead clinician Mr. Keith Wichinski, FNP-C uses his assessment, diagnostic, treatment, medication management, and progress evaluation skillsets at the best possible level to make sure that his patients receive care that is above the clinical skillsets of most NPs or PAs. He has been my primary care provider for three years. My whole family started going to his clinic because our family physician had unexpectedly closed his office and it was very difficult to find another provider that could provide the correct types of care to manage chronic conditions, until we located this advanced nursing practice. We can tell every effort is made to ensure adequate standards of care are met in the practice of advanced nursing that are not only on par with, but arguably better than, most physicians who practice in the correspending areas of medicine. The clinic also strives to conduct its duties professionally without neglecting other areas involved in care, as the office maintains an inviting environment for patients throughout: in the waiting room, triage, as well as(and most importantly) during office visits with Keith. NPA is able to see patients rapidly and the wait time is never unreasonably long, which often occurs at other clinics but that does not happen here– they are prompt and timely as well as organized, efficient, and effective. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs primary or psychiatric care. Note: I read some of the reviews and was a bit surprised about the reported communication problems so I came back here to note that I always use the website form or email to set up appointments because that way I receive a reply usually within a few minutes, but I’ve never used the voicemail system; that method might not have the same result.

«Keith is wonderful — a wealth of knowledge that encourages a patient to explore alternative sources of wellness beyond pharmaceuticals. I leave my appointment feeling empowered. The downside is the poor communication with whomever is responsible for responding to online inquires and voice mails. Hate to use an absolute, but I have never received a response. I have managed to get an appointment with sheer determination and going straight to Keith. Lovely woman at the front desk who is new to her position. Again, not sure who is suppose to assist new patients and current patients with appointments, but there is without a doubt a significant breakdown in communication. If Keith wasn’t so great, my partner and I would not even bother. »

I saw an ad for Nurse Practitioners Associates in a community publication. I was thrilled to see the services they offered went beyond the traditional scope of most gynecology offices and that they were accepting new patients. I am a 50+ year old female dealing with menopause and all that comes with it(mood & weight in particular), so I was thrilled to discover health care providers advertising a holistic approach to wellness. I am giving one star because I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my many voice messages and multiple emails requesting to schedule an appointment. Absolutely zero response to two weeks effort to get in touch with these people. Too good to be true, I guess. Or unprofessional, at the very least.
