Nardis Public Safety

For being the only legitimate police and fire supply store in San Antonio Texas, I would have to say they do a poor job of it. Recent visits to this local police supply store have ended in disappointment. When I needed a pair of boots for work not only was there absolutely no supply but no one assisted me, or even checked on me. Police and fire work strange hours and a lot of us work over nights and sleep during the day. So for this store to close at three in Saturday and be closed on Sunday’s is ridiculous. Time and time again I find myself spending money at other places of business because of lack of supply or help from Nardis. Bought my boots from gander mountain. Handcuff holder from top brass (which I hate). All in all location sucks, supply is poor, customer service used to be great but now it suffers, not sure how many times the seamstress has messed up my uniform… Not a fan. Seriously thinking about starting my own saftey supply store.
