Terrible. Went there with my mother. I wanted a toe color change and my mom wanted a manicure. When you walk in the man says absolutely nothing to you, while the lady rushes you to sit in a chair without even asking who wants what & if you’re even getting anything done. The nail color job on my toes was really shaky and blotchy. There were spots on my toes that she missed completely. My mother got a manicure, all the lady did was file her nails down, lotion and paint them. No hand soak or clipping. It was a waste of money. I had to ask the lady to take off my nail color and just paid for my mother’s manicure(which wasn’t even good). & when I politely asked the man if he painted toes, he snickered telling me his hand was broken and he couldn’t and then laughed with his customer(who was getting her nails done by him) about it. Don’t waste your time or money going here. Terrible skills & customer service. We felt unwelcome & cheated. There was a reason it was nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon.

Needless to say, I’m not a girly person whatsoever, but my mom came down from California and I figured I had to do something nice with her as an early Mother’s Day outing. I found this place with one review on Unilocal and figured«what the hell.» Lisa made us feel so comfortable despite the fact that she had to take turns on my mother and myself. Her husband, after helping another woman, even took the time out to make my father less alone. Amazing experience.

This is my «goto» joint for toes. They’re usually ready for your walk in. They are very clean & friendly, and you can bring your kiddos as long as they are pretty well behaved(mine has been going since she was 4 to get her nails did). Occasionally they are busy, and that can mean what usually is a nice leisurely experience gets expedited. BOO. They can juggle pretty well, but this hubby and wife team are often the only two working. Add sparkles and flowers if you like, and«pick you calla» when you walk in. TIP: Go at lunch, or at least during the week to make sure and get the extra special spa pedicure with scrub and rub.
