I’ve tried this place out three times because it’s a nice shop and it’s close to where I live so I wanted it to work out. But I’m so disappointed from my last visit. I had my acrylic nails removed, manicure and shellac polish. It took an hour and a half. The nail tech that was working on my hands kept leaving. He didn’t push back or trim my cuticles. The polish job he did wasn’t good I had all the dust from him filing my nails down he didn’t even brush it off and just put the nail polish on so now there’s lumps on my nails. I’m not going back I think I gave this place enough tries.

Rude staff. When I first walked in it was packed, on the waiting area they only had 5 chairs which was full. I was asked to sit at one of the nails techs seats in the meantime. Later another staff member told me and my spouse to move seats, when there was clearly other seats available for her to work. No communication. Bottom line I asked for something simple to my nails and they completely ignored my request and now I’m stuck with these nails I really didn’t want. I had even presented a picture to them to show how I wanted my nails to look. As you can see by the picture they look nothing alike, I really wanted my nails to look like the one on the left side…

I’ve gone here a few times. It always seems that when one of male manicurist does my mani/pedi they don’t last. This manicurist reeked of cigarettes and my pedi didn’t last but a week. I been enough times to know the process and he skipped out on a few. He would stop about every 3 minutes to check the NBA scores. Definitely like the place but would stay away from male manicurist. Sandra is the best one here.

I went to this nail salon several times before deciding if I would continue to go here. The first time I went here, a gentleman applied my Shellac with great care, diligence, and took his time. The next several times, this wasn’t the case. Yes my nails were painted, but I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the quality of the job and how even my nails were. During one of my visits, the shellac had a foreign body imbedded into the polish on the first coat and lady continued to finish my nails. When I pointed out the imperfection, she then proceeded to attempt to cut out the foreign body and repaint over the area, leaving the nail looking dingy. When I asked her to redo the entire nail from the beginning, she was very hesitant and a gentlemen finally came to redo my nail. My shellac does last several weeks, which I consider that to be a bonus. Other than these experiences, the shop is spacious that offers plenty of counters and spas for their customers. Also, they have reasonable prices for their services that won’t break the bank.

I’m only giving two stars because out of the several chances that I’ve given this place, only one lady does my nails well here, but, I’ve only seen her twice on account that she’s very busy. The man who did my nails was very lazy and obviously doesn’t care about customer service. He’s like this every time I see him work with anyone. I asked for my current set to be removed and a new set to be put on, he proceeded to rip the acrylic nails off with his cuticle cutter and after I tell him how badly it hurts he still tried. I had to physically take my hand out of his and ask for him to soak or drill them off because it was too aggressive. He let my nails soak, and as they’re soaking, he starts to cut his own nails with his nail cutters that he eventually used to cut mine. Now, I’m a hairstylist and I value my costumer service skills and I know that I would NEVER use my own tools on myself ESPECIALLY in front of my guest. My nails are bulky, uneven and unshapely. He also didn’t agree with my gel color choice and decided on his own color. I got them done three days ago and they’re already chipping.

I’ve been searching for a nail place closer to my house so I decided to stop in and give this place a try. The space is very nice and well maintained. I came in about an hour before they closed and waited over 30 minutes to be seen. There were other people that came in after me that waited even longer but the staff did stay past closing to finish everyone. I got my usual shellac polish change which didn’t take long and I was happy with the service provided.

Ive been going to the same nail salon for years now because I’m a consistent person and I know what to expect when I go. I’m very happy I decided to try some place new though. I got a full set, pedicure, & eyelashes. The place itself is very clean and spacious and the quality of their work is good enough for me to go back! The employees there aren’t very social but that’s actually preferred by me. The manager«My Le» was very friendly though! She did my lashes and I absolutely LOVE them! She was professional and explained everything she was doing before she did it. Over great experience!

*UPDATE* So my shellac has chipped from my thumb and ring finger after FOURDAYS. Not happy about this at all, they should last 2 — 3 weeks. Ugh!

I had a great experience. Luke did my nails and I have to say that he’s the best! The best pedi & mani I’ve ever had in SA! This place is fairly new. The prices aren’t bad at all. So glad this place is just down the street from my house. I will definitely be back!

I really like how the place is very clean but the employees are not attentive at all! I just finished my pedicure and I was waiting for my toes to dry and the machine was not even on. No one bothered to check because they were to busy on their phones and iPads. Finally someone realized I was trying to dry my toes and they turned it on. It’s a shame that they have invested so much money in making this place look so nice, being attentive to your customers is free!

Well my first time in 7 years, loved it. Very clean they use liners and their tools are sealed in paper packets. The buffer squares are disposable and the technicians were very nice. They offered refreshments like margaritas and sodas and water. I was very pleased
