Not your typical nail salon. It is very small and although I am a fan of the pedicure massage chairs and more comfortable manicure chairs (very modern setup), that doesn’t matter considering the quality of my nails. I took advantage of their November Special last week and as of now, it was well worth it. My toes still look great and my gel manicure is a week old and at the point where if you look close enough you can tell and that’s normal if not better for my manicures. My favorite part of the nail salon was that the polish colors are organized beautifully.

After a long overdue 3 weeks of the same nails I decided it wasting to visit Kaitlyn at Mood. As always Kaitlyn did a fantastic job with my nails by making sure the nails were at the right length and shape I wanted. She also was great at fitting both my friend and I in. I love Mood because they do a fabulous job, the gel manicures can last 3 weeks and probably 4 since mine had no chipping and/​or peeling. And as always my nails look healthy and have great growth from the products they use.

I had my nails done here about a little over a week ago. About 6 days into my wear they already had started to chip and one fell completely off.
This is not normal for me at all. I can usually go about 3 weeks.
I am very disappointed and felt it was very over priced for the amount of time it lasted.

I saw this nail salon on a blog and wanted to check it out! They were very flexible with scheduling and convenient to me. They have special promotions throughout the week, so the total for my gel mani with 3D nail art and pedi was VERY good! Kaitlyn was super sweet and helpful since I couldn’t make up my mind on colors. She knew what she was doing with the gels and shaped my nails very nicely.
With that said… I have some mixed feelings. The whole ordeal took almost 2 hours. The owner stopped in and maybe she was wanting to act behind the scenes, but I would have expected a simple hello or thanks for coming in. The gel actually peeled off 4 days after my mani, which is kind of a bummer, but my nails underneath are in beautiful shape and healthy, so I am happy about that!
