Mission Park Funeral Chapels & Cemeteries

This is where my grandparents are laid to rest. Here is what I can say about our families experience. The building was well kept and the AC blows COLD. I’ve been to some funerals where it got really hot due to the large number of people but such was not the case here. Also the chapel was nice and BIG. I really liked the layout. The staff here was quick to offer us bottles of water and tissues as soon as anyone appeared to need any. The grounds were well kept and parking was not a problem.
My only observation about this place (I’m not criticizing, I’m just commenting) is that part of the parking lot is on a steep hill so it could be difficult for the elderly or people with small children however there is a lot of parking in the upper part of the lot to accommodate people with any special needs. BUT I hiked around that lower lot in heels and was not super excited.
I’ve been by to visit since the funeral and the grounds have been kept except for once when the grass was a bit high and the staff said that it was due to flooding so… understandable.
Over all a good experience.
