i’ve gone to many michaels and this one is just ok. of course there isn’t anyone to ask questions to help you find anything. there’s tons of stuff to help you with your projects. annoying that there is a line for each register so not necessarily the next person is checking out. lots of parking. be sure to get a coupon online before you go. comes in handy.

You are better off going during a quiet week-day afternoon than trying to get help on a week-end. I go there frequently to get framing done, and the wait can be significant during the week-end, especially when you have a customer that doesn’t know what they are looking for tying up the clerks time. I mean really, couldn’t the clerk just let them review the matts leisurely while she waited on the next guest? I waited 20 minutes and she was still with the same customer when I decided to throw in the towel. Next time, it’s early on a week-day.
