Please avoid buying any Grupon or service from Krystle. Besides been hard to schedule got reschedule 3 times due to her request. When she tried to reschedule me a 4^th time and I denied She told me to cancel my Groupon because I was too stress just by mentioning this would been my 4^th reschedule. Her apologies don’t make up my time or me trying to fit those appointments in my schedule for them to been cancel the same day. I really tried to work with her. Avoid yourself a bad experience.

Krystle is amazing! I came to TX for work from CA and wanted to year myself to a day of relaxation. I emailed Krystle in advance to set up an appointment. She booked me for a day she was supposed to be off so we had the whole spa to ourselves. The spa is very homey and she made me feel quite comfortable. I purchased the Mediterranean Dream and it’s such a good price for everything included. Krystle uses organic products and makes her own salt scrubs that she uses. She’s very conscious about cleanliness and sterilization of her equipment. I felt like I was hanging out with an old friend during my time there. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular.

Recently received gift certificate to Mediterranean Day Spa, I have called 2 – 3 times and haven’t received a callback. On the phone now with groupon to change the spa location. Sad, this was a gift from some ladies and I will make sure they do not buy additional certificates from anyone. Bad service, I hope they go out of business.

Never even stepped foot in here and I hate it. Ive tried calling for 3 weeks to get an appointment and still no luck. About to call and get my money back from Groupon

I got a shellac manicure here and it was beautifully done. Krystle really takes her time and is quite friendly. Appointments must be made quite a bit in advance, though I would say she is definitely worth it. The packages are a great deal. Support this local business!

I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute Swedish massage for Tri Massage. I then booked the appt online (very convenient online appointment booker!).
Arrived at the appointment and Nelda (the massage therapist) was very attentive and courteous. Filled out a bit of paperwork and got my massage.
I can definitely say this was one of the best Swedish massages I’ve ever had. And Nelda gave me the full 60 minutes – not 50 minutes of massage with 5 minutes of paperwork before, then finishing 5 minutes before the hour is up, so the next client can be brought in, like so many other places do.
I liked her so much, I bought another Groupon for THREE of her massages.
AND she takes appointments on Saturdays!!! It doesn’t get much better than that!
