I have had 2 laser removal sessions so far. The clinic is always clean and I love the music they have playing in the waiting area. Zach has done both of my sessions and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. He makes sure I feel comfortable during the painful process and he’s a genuinely nice guy! My results are starting to show slowly, but I know it isn’t an overnight process. I can’t wait until my next session!

I had my first laser removal treatment today, and the whole experience was exceptional. Zach Wells was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took his time and fully explained the process and answered all my questions. The facility was clean and made feel comfortable. The process was quick and Zach was helpful through the whole procedure. I wish that I had not made the mistake of this tattoo (the one in the picture), but I am happy that I had Medermis and Zach on my side. Thank you.

Everyone is always very professional and great with my numerous questions while going through the tattoo removal process. Office is always clean and organized. I had a blister that I was worried about (which is very common) and couldn’t be happier with the follow up. The office followed up with me and explained; and I also got a call from their nurse to tell me how to treat it. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and my tattoo will be gone soon!

If you have a tattoo that you wish you could get rid of, call these guys! It’s not nearly as expensive as you might think, and it works! Ask for Hillary when you get there — she is wonderful and never keeps me waiting for my appointment. I’m always greated with a smile and usually being helped within a few minutes of arriving (just the way appointments are supposed to work, right?). I’m almost done with my treatments and I will be tattoo free. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks MEDermis!

Initally I felt lousy giving two stars bbuuttt…
I did get a Groupon… that being said I am semi-​happy with three sessions on half my tattoo. The other half is still very dark and colorful and really not thrilled. I was hoping I would see more results considering…
Looking at the FB page it shows results… I wonder what happened with mine. Yes there’s fading but no lines have gone away, the colors are very much so there… I’m bummed.
If they do another Groupon I’d do it but I wouldn’t pay full price for something this painful and with the results I’ve gotten.

I looked around at TONS of different places before deciding on Medermis. I must say– they are definitely the most cost effecient, knowledgeable, & professional.
They focus on tattoo removal & that’s all they do. It’s nice because you don’t have to worry about them concentrating on other things.
Ive met the head man in charge (Founder I believe) & he is super nice to, he really appreciates you as a person. He’s very polite.
As for the pain– it’s definitely way less than the actual tattoo! It feels like a burn, it’s very tolerable. Beauty is pain, right? :)
They always have great promotions running whether it’s groupon or Unilocal or in their own office!
I went to the Austin Location and I only have good things to say!
