I’ve purchased scrubs 5 times since 2013 and have been pleased with every transaction. The owners are a husband wife duo who are personable and offer individual service. When I needed to return scrub bottoms(tags attached) it was easy and they happily exchanged them. I wear Caribbean Blue, require embroidered logo and my order arrives within 2 – 3 weeks.

The owner of the business has since reached out to me offering a full refund because he noticed that the store policy was not visible in the store. This is much appreciated. I’m glad that there are business owners that actually care about the concerns of their customers and do what is needed to correct them.

Horrible to do business with and I am glad I don’t have to spend my own money here. They do not communicate when they say they are going too and they certainly don’t get scrubs back in the timeframe they state. There are many better options in San Antonio for uniforms. If you use this place, good luck to you!

This is the first time im writing a NOTGOTOTHISPLACE! At first you think they are nice people. ordered scrubs from them and had 2 embroidered. I got it after 4 days. Then I ordered another top and had it embroidered. I went back the next week and they told me they haven’t received it yet and that they will call me when it is done. i went back the next week since I haven’t received a call. The lady said she don’t have my scrub yet. I called the next week and they told me it has been picked up! They said they’re gonna do something about it. called couple days after. the owner was very rude. had me wait for 10 minutes then hung up. I called, did not even let me speak and was very rude then hung up the phone again!!! I called again… again he hung up. what a shitty person!!! Stealing money from other people!!! I don’t wanna speak ill will of other people but I don’t want other people to experience this. I am very upset! I just hope YOU change before God brings justice to his children! Whatever u do, it will come back to you ten thousand times more!!!

The owners, a friendly couple, of this store were quite pleasant and helpful! They proactively recommended styles that would suit me, and after my purchase, contacted me in a timely manner once my scrub too had already been embroidered with the hospital logo. Very affordable prices for scrubs as well!

I am hard to fit and require XXS scrubs. They ordered me XXS scrub pants and I called after four weeks of not hearing anything from them. When I spoke with the employee, she told me that she expected them to be in soon. Today I went to the store to find out the status of my order(six weeks after I ordered them). The employee(I’m assuming it was the owner) told me that they had tried to call me three times. My number was written legibly on the order form. My area code is 214 and NOT210. They had been calling the wrong number. On top of that, the order sheet clearly said XXS, but she handed me an XS. I told her that was incorrect — and showed her where they had written XXS on the order form, but she insisted that what I wanted did not come in XXS. I asked for a refund and told her that I would be coming back to bring in the matching shirt that I had purchased the day I ordered the pants. She told me several times that what I ordered did not come in XXS. That’s really not my fault or my problem. They told me that it did. After doing my own research, I found out that what I had ordered did come in XXS at one time, but that it had been discontinued. Once again, that’s not my problem. The owner was rude, unfriendly, and unapologetic. She let me walk out the door without saying a word and had a scowl on her face the entire time.
