If I could give 0 stars I would. We have had MD systems since March 2014 — they were find until earlier this year when they informed us they would be picking up our trash and recycling the same day. I watched nearly every week, and saw them put the trash and recycling in the same truck… remind me again why I’m paying for trash and recycling again? My entire neighborhood rec’d a letter in the mail dated 12 – 23 on 12 – 26 informing us our last pickup day would be 12 – 25 and since that was a holiday it would be moved to 12 – 26, a Saturday. One of the other residents in our neighborhood who moved in recently said that MD systems told them last month they’d be discontinuing service in the area so they wouldn’t be able to sign her up. They obviously knew about this quite some time ago, so why they waited until the very last minute to tell their existing customers is beyond me… Terrible customer service, stay far away!

The pick up is fine. The office staff is horrible. The phone is only answered 1 out 4 times. when it is answered they are rude and uncooperative. For more than a year I did not receive an invoice but lots of nasty late notices. now I am getting an invoice every month when the payment is only due once a quarter. I called to inquire about the status of my account, asked for billing and the guy who would not give me his name said that was not his job. I asked who I should talk to and he said«I don’t know». many phone calls later I found out I’m several months ahead on payments. I would not recommend this company.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEONTHEPLANET! Stay away from this company. The driver who picks up the trash lied about the amount of trash left out and refused to pick up trash even after I offered to help him. PLEASE never call the office they won’t answer and the receptionist is extremely rude! They really don’t care about any of your concerns or complaints and don’t care if you switch to another company. So save yourself the time and energy and go with another trash service provider. I believe they are called, Tiger. SIDENOTE: this company does not deserve a star at all.

What a horrible business with poor customer service. Just moved into my house. The old owner left a bunch of stuff for the trash when we moved in. The following week after unpacking we had several boxes full of packing material and some other odds and ends. I knew it was a lot so I left water out for the guys. I get home to find they dumped the two trash cans took two boxes and left the rest. I called the office to see what was going on and left a message that wasn’t returned. A couple hours later I call and get please hold and was put on hold. After 5 mins I hung up and did some work and called back two other times just to get their machine. I went to their office that afternoon and spoke with their customer service rep haha. She said the driver said that the last two weeks there was a lot of stuff. I explained that the first week wasn’t our stuff so she took my number and said she would call back after taking to the driver. I knew she wasn’t gonna call back so I called another company who came out the next day and took the trash so I went to the office to cancel my service and she is all oh your the guy in here bitching about trash yesterday huh. Top notch customer service there. Sty away from them!

By far the worst service ever! We have contacted them several times, I have emailed their office and their manager and it has been 2 weeks and I still don’t have any resolution. They don’t answer the phones, go somewhere else because they clearly do not care about their current customers.

These are the RUDEST people!!. If for any reason you feel the need to go to their office… Don’t. There are two chairs. The, Very Casually Dressed, Office Manager /Receptionist, sits in one chair and a young man sits in the other across from her. Neither will get up and offer you a seat to conduct business, such as paying your bill. You’re lucky if you get a greeting much less a grunt, acknowledging your presence. You are made to feel like a nuisance. The owner and/or General Manage blames his customers, when his Team destroys your expensive trash cans. He is very aggressive and comes off as a bully, unless you stand up to him. If you want the service you pay for completed properly, you need to be present during your«once a week» pick up. This company is one of two to choose from in this area. It’s a hassle to change, so I recommend, you try the other company first. I think they are called Tiger.
