I had a great experience here. I needed a new mattress and walked in not knowing what I’d want, but a good idea about what I was willing to pay. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my selections — and found the best prices in connection with available sales. They delivered on time, on a day most convenient for me — I would highly recommend them to others.

I came here to purchase a mattress and box spring set for my 3 year old daughter. I picked out the mattress and box spring set, asked specifically if they could be delivered same day, and paid for the items I had decided on. I left the store thinking all was well, and went home to disassemble my daughter’s toddler bed. The mattress was guaranteed to be delivered by 8pm the same evening. However we received a call from the store 15 minutes before closing, that they weren’t able to fit the mattress on the delivery truck after all, and therefore we would not be receiving our mattress set that day. They told us we could drive to a distribution center and strap the mattress and box spring to the top of our personal vehicle ourselves if we needed it delivered that night. Sadly, my poor toddler had to sleep on her floor that night after we had built up the arrival of her new big girl bed to her all week. The manager was less than accommodating, and while they finally offered a discount and comped the delivery charge, they were extremely unprofessional in the way they handled the situation from the start.
