My girlfriend and I went in for a couples massage, the massage itself was nice. They were running about 20 minutes late and gave us a free face massage… but I will say that their approach to trying to get you to sign up as a member is SUPER ANNOYING! Like when we were waiting in the lobby (for the 20 minutes they were running late) the girl behind the counter was trying (and failing) to get the couple before us to sign up for almost the entire 20 minutes we were waiting. I’ll say that is the LEAST relaxing thing to hear when you’re supposed to be in a relaxing environment. Not to mention that when our massage was done (and we were feeling relaxed) they gave us the same damn speech! I’m sorry but that is the last thing I want to hear and do after I had a romantic, relaxing massage. I wish they would change that approach because, otherwise we probably would have gone back for another massage but I don’t think so. It was too annoying.

Massage is always great here my problem is I received a gift card for Christmas ($ 50.00) that’s what they advertise for 1 hour !!! Ok so I go in mind you I used to be a member but that ended OVER a year ago but since I had been a member before I wasn’t subject to the introductory price of $ 50 so after the massage found out I had to pay the difference $ 50 more dollars plus tip !!! Smh then they tried to resale me the membership well I don’t always need a massage that’s why I canceled in the first place !!! They need to make sure they tell people this when purchasing gift cards that if they have been a member EVER you don’t get it for 50 buyer be ware !!!

I’d like to start off by commenting that I was a massage heights member for over 2 years. After some frequent turnover I lost the therapists I had grown to trust. I cancelled my membership and tried massage envy, spa d Dante, elements, and JW Marriott to no avail. I decided to give massage heights another run and today had the absolute pleasure of getting LYNN NAVARRO… Phenomenal on another level!!! Words cannot even describe her massage healing abilities. Her style is holistic, she is very intuitive, and was able to focus on muscle groups that are very commonly missed! If you are able, schedule a 1.5 hour. I know I’ll regret this post if and when I struggle to get in to see her, but truly I cannot express how wonderful she is. This isn’t just a job, this is her passion. The best therapist I’ve had by far!

These people are so unprofessional and don’t even try to do anything to make up for their mistakes. I booked a massage (I’m unfortunately a member) and specifically told the woman that I was 20 weeks pregnant. And guess what?! They booked me with someone that doesn’t do prenatals and all they offered was to reschedule me at a different date! Not even the same day! I work more than full time and can’t just «come in tomorrow»!!! This is NOT the first issue I’ve had with these people. And I some how have to fit in like 6 massages because of course once your year is up they don’t roll over (even though you’ve PAID for them). What a racket. As soon as I get what I’ve already paid for, you’ll never see me again. I sincerely hope no one wastes their time and money at this horrible establishment.

I went to get a last minute massage after work recently, they were very attentive to my needs being it was last minute! The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing stress free session. I’m very happy with my choice and I would definitely recommend!

Today was my first time here and they were able to get me right in by my surprise– and oh my goodness Colten was amazing. I went in because of back pain and extremely bad headaches he helped tremendously.

The girls at the front desk were nice & the facility was up to par the bad review is solely for the «massage therapist» I had. I literally left in so much pain! I have never been so let down by any service in my life. Joshua seemed more focused on his own techniques than what I asked for. Incredibly disappointing and will never be returning.
My partner on the other hand did have a good experience.

We had a suspended membership in which we were paying $ 10 as inactive — today I look at my account and they charged my account $ 100. They say they can only suspend for 6 months. They never told me that. Further I told them then to just cancel — oh you have to come in to cancel — really frustrating.

Terrible customer service! We suspended our monthly membership when I deployed, and I bought my wife three massages while she was pregnant and I was overseas. Our daughter was born 11 weeks early, and I asked them if we could use the remaining two massages for a couples massage, since we were both stressed spending countless hours in the NICU. The manager was not helpful at all and kept telling us I could not use one since both were in my wife’s name. After I returned home, I went back to reactivate our monthly memberships, and the price had increased $ 40 a month! I will NEVER go back here.

I had a massage by Nina who uses Orthobionomy, a technique that uses compression, light stretching and firm massage. I have been getting massages for a long time and this was one of the best. I am completely sold on Orthobionomy. She got out ALL the knots!

Love love love me some Stone Oak Massage Heights. This one does facials by the fabulous Hillary and they use Dermalogica face products. My skin looks freaking amazing!!!
The massages are also top notch. I’ve been a member (discounts on massages, facials and sometimes products) for over a year. The cool thing about being a member, you can use your saved up massages at the other locations.
Thanks for all you do guys! This is one happy relaxed and mostly zit free patron!

Love massage heights! They are so professional from the second you walk in the door to the second you leave. They know all of their members by first name and make the new people feel very welcome. They have a wide variety of massages available and small add ons that you can add to each massage (i.e. foot scrubs, facial massage, hot stones). The prices are very reasonable and it is worth every dollar you spend there. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for some relaxation!
