Main Plaza Market

I work downtown, and majority of the time I love it. Unless… I can’t parking, or I can’t find a convenient store within walking distance with cold Topo Chicos. Something’s up you guys, there are days when I walk to 7 – 11, PikNik, and free standing mini molinas and they are completely out of Topo Chico mineral water. With the sun beaming down on me for my 5 – 10 minute walk, the last thing I want to see or hear is that there are no cold sparkle waters available for purchase. I die a little each time.
This place, Main Plaza Market, always has sufficient amount and they’re cold. Given that other stores can’t keep these glass bottles in to stalk, there has to be some of you out there who would appreciate this well stocked Topo Chico establishment.

I don’t know if I came in when they were doing inventory, or changing out their stock, or turning this place into a Starbucks or something, but the shelves were as bare as a Soviet bread shop. There was little to nothing in here! The prices were jacked up, and the beer selection sorta sucks. At least you can buy beer here to take across the street to Main Plaza, but they have an awful selection, and it only comes in inconvenient ways. Wanna buy a 6 pack of tall boys? Gotta buy ‘em individually. Need cans? Sorry, mainly bottles. Want something local? Only a couple of selections.
The clerk is slow, and there is often a huge line while they figure out how to work the cash register.
I hate coming here, but it always works in a pinch.
