Little Caesar’s Pizza

Excellent service I came to this location after the one off of military said it would be a 10minute wait but her attitude just irritated me and I left.
Coming to this location was worth it. The lady at the drive thru was extremely friendly. She told me I’d have an 8 minute wait which isn’t a problem when you excellent customer service skills. I pulled around to the front and the brought the cheese pizza and crazy bread to my car window. Everything was extremely fresh. The kids finished off the crazy bread in the short time it took to get home. They ate the entire pizza themselves and have since raved, about the best pizza they ever had, to anyone that will listen.
Normally I wouldn’t write a review on a little Caesars because it’s kind of known what you will get but this location just impressed me with hospitality; which is quite lacking most everywhere in San Antonio. With that said you’ve earned a customer whenever my kids need a quick lunch and I don’t feel like cooking. ;)

I called in my order this evening. The young lady Monica (i think) took my order was pleasant. I arrived a little early and went through the drive through to pay and was told by the dt guy Brian to park out front and they’d bring it to me. They were walking out the door with my pizza as I was pulling into the space. I’ve been a regular customer there for a while. No special treatment, I just treat folks with the same respect I would want to get treated with. So the folks with the thumbs down, try calling your order in next time

Hot and Ready my butt! It’s FRIDAY, you should be pumping pizzas out left and right, not have an empty warming oven! Of course, it would help if employees would light a fire under their own butts and move with a purpose. The only reason I wait 15 – 20 min for a pizza because it’s cheaper and quicker than delivery. No one takes pride in their job or performance anymore. Maybe next time I call Pizza Patron.

Went through the drive-​thru and the employees were really rude. While waiting for our pizza he could hear the employees arguing about their hours and cussing. The pizza was not fresh, it was probably sitting there all morning.
