Was recommended here for a mortgage via the Realtor who sold my home. I explained I needed approval and qualification pretty quickly and was assured this would not be a problem. I sent all info requested by email. 1.5 weeks later I get a call explaining the secretary didn’t realize the email she sent to me went to to the wrong email address. Really? I have other emails from her. Nonetheless, 1.5 weeks with no response re: a business call is unacceptable. Fortunately, I had moved on and already received my approval letter. Maybe your luck will be better than mine, but evidentally this company cannot respond in a timely manner.
