Amazing! Luis does such a great job! He is the best! My lashes are still healthy and when he puts them on you don’t even feel it! I love the way it looks so natural and light weight! Thank you and I will be back again and again and again!

I bought a Groupon voucher for the basic eyelash extension. The process of scheduling my appointment was extremely convenient as you choose your own appointment time online.
I am more than satisfied with my lashes… ecstatic is a better choice of words. Luis is extremely professional, and very good at his craft. He did advise me that I may prefer the volumous set, but due to being extremely sensitive to some adhesives, I went the basic route to test them out. Now that I am sure that I will not react to the adhesive, I think I just may go up a notch.

Luis made my Lashology experience! First off, the office is beautiful. Second, Luis is AMAZING. He is very knowledgable and polite. I just bought the traditional basic lashes off groupon (30 lashes per eye). Definitely will be coming back!

I purchased a groupon last year in October. I have been back 5 times for fills. Now, this is what i do to get a fuller look and it’s still less expensive than paying full price or buying a groupon for other salon on groupon. I purchase two sets of lashes for 39.00 which is 60 lashes and you get a thicker look for 78.00 and then i purchase one more for my two to three week fill, depending on how well i take care of my lashes. My eyes look awesome! I have small eyes and when Luis is finished my eyes look wide and bright. Luis does great work and is very personable.

Horrible customer service… not that great on lashes. I went here to use of a groupon. After completion of my service I was didn’t like how then the lashes were. The tech, Luis said I would have to purchase another groupon to make them thicker. I did and left. I called back to request a refund to my debit card as I decided that I just didn’t like the lashes and didn’t want to go back. He refused to refund the money to my card. I drove ALL the way back downtown to this very inconvenient location, paid parking and he did not leave my money with the receptionist as he said he would. I left and asked him to mail it to me and when o did that he said he would have to charge the amount of postage and an envelope and deduct it from my refund. He was very rude and his services are mediocre at best. There are plenty of other places where you can get great service and love the product! Don’t go here!!! Groupon not even worth the drive and hassle.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel absolutely fabulous & so much more feminine. Lashology is awesome. I have very short lashes that take at least 4 different types mascara to get any volume or length. With these extensions I don’t need anything! They look AMAZING & FULL! Luis placed 60 lashes per eye & I can not tell. They are light weight and so pretty. I have no need for mascara at all & am beyond happy. Thank you so very much Luis! You are beyond phenomenal at what you do. Professional and very efficient.
