Pros: — close to home — can find some great deals(we just found the cutest skirt … on sale –90% off– $ 3!) Cons: — complete disarray(we came in right after they opened the doors, and I don’t see anyone organizing) — no one to help(you are on your own, and it’s hard to find someone to help)

We always come here for holiday décor and kids clothing and toys. The deals are good, which makes us come back. The children’s you area is scary. A little crowded. I assume they are getting ready for Black Friday. I don’t see any other reason it’s over crowded with toys where it’s difficult to walk or find anything. Other than the kid area it is very clean! The staff is nice and I love that I always save +35.00 or more when I go. I recommend the rewards or looking on their website for online coupons!

I love the products at Kohl’s, but everytime I walk into the store on Potranco, I just want to run out screaming! The staff is nice, but there seems to be a major management problem. This store is always an absolute mess. It is so hard to tell what belongs on what shelf or rack and thus impossible to tell what is truly on sale. There are a couple of people at check out, but no one is ever available at any department to assist with questions. My own daughter worked at Kohl’s a few years ago when there were still people responsible for the various departments. Of course she spent much of her time keeping her area neat and assisting customers. Apparently, Kohl’s doesn’t feel the need for that anymore, and what a mistake. I have been to other Kohl’s stores, but this one is by far the messiest! In this condition, Kohl’s cannot begin to compete with J.C. Penneys.

Kohl’s seems to be one of those department stores where the employees seem to live in fear of arriving at work and finding the doors chained shut and«Bankruptcy» signs on the windows. Does this mean to imply that they’re in some financial difficulty? I don’t know. But the parking lot has 6 cars in it and the place is employing more people than they have shoppers. Not a sound business model. That being said, I think Kohl’s is a decent department store. They, like many of their competitors, always have sales going. They also have a pretty decent Kohl’s Rewards program, too. Oh, here’s a hint to the staff; let the customer know that if they take 2 minutes to fill out their Kohl’s Rewards application, that they can get something like 20% off their purchase. I was informed after spending $ 120… I joked that I should return the items and then buy them again. Crickets. So why only 3 stars? Well, this place is in disarray. While I understand that people aren’t going to take the time to refold and place things exactly back where they were, virtually all the pants racks were just infuriatingly out of order. When you’re someone who doesn’t like to shop to begin with, this added bonus just adds to your displeasure. Second, figure out of your staff is there to assist customers or to just stand around chewing bubble gum. After doing my best to look absolutely lost at the task of finding my new pants, only to be passed by 3 staff members, I finally approached on woman who said, «that’s not my department so try to find someone over there.» I ended up finding the pants I wanted and the second pair was ½ off. Woo hoo, score! They do have some great bargains but don’t expect much assistance and anticipate items not being in order. Maybe if you go in early, things will be properly displayed but in the afternoon, nobody was interested in folding and reshelving the items customers discarded.

I have shopped in 5 different kohls that I can remember(this one among them) and they all have one thing in common they are all an unbelievable mess. I have been in this location 15 min after they open on a Sunday and the place is trashed. I can’t buy anything cause it is so messy. On the other side my wife loves it so they must have good deals. The management should be embarrassed by the appearance of their store.

Great sized store, organized, clean. The lines are just always long. I needed to make a return and the cashier was very helpful, in spite of the annoying chit-chat with her fellow cashier across the aisle she was yelling to while ringing me up. I can always find more than I meant to here and like the Kohl’s cash.

I really liked this Kohls! It offers a great selection in all the departments and for it’s huge size, I was very impressed that the presentation of clothes was not overwhelming. And the variety for all departments was refreshing! Whether it was Men’s Women’s or Juniors there were plenty of racks or tables with great merchandise. Tons of styles and brands which is a real bonus. The fitting rooms were clean and the attention from all the associates in the store was very nice. Also, I forgot my coupon, and the associate at the register still honored my discount. What great customer service! Very impressed by this store and encourage anyone to visit!

I’ve been a fan of this store since we moved to Texas. It’s clean, organized, and carries a lot of brand names that I buy for way cheaper. With the kohl’s coupons that come in the mail that help knock down $ 10 or a cool 20% also bring me back for more retail therapy. My personal favorites for this store is housewares, their food network collections and a few designer outfits from vera wang, Lauren Conrad, Rocking Republic, Candies. and of course jumping jellybeans for my kids or the sean white collection for my old boy. Recently we got a steam cleaner for the carpet and got $ 20 in kohls cash which is a nice return for me.

I ordered a rolling book bag online from Kohl’s. Fortunately I used my Kohl’s card for the purchase. After one day, the frame had bowed until the bag dragged the ground between the wheels. After a week, a wheel fell off. A classmate of mine who used to work at Kohl’s told me to take it back to the store, even though I purchased it online. I took it to the Potranco store and they refunded the purchase price but not the shipping. Considering the normal aggravation of having to return something ordered online, I’m happy with the outcome.
