I was told that they can not work with my son b/​c I will not allow anyone other than myself or my husband to Spank my kids. The «grand master» told me that boys don’t listen unless they are spanked and will not respect him unless he is able to use corporal punishment on my 6 year old son. What I took from this is that my son needs to have his butt spanked by everyone he meets in order to respect them. That’s the most retarded crap I’ve heard in a while. If your on board with others spanking your kid for respect more power to ya, but me and my husband will be the only ones to spank my kids and God help anyone else who lays a hand on my child. We will find a martial arts studio that demands respect without corporal punishment.

My kids have been going here for about a year now and I can tell you that they really love what they are learning here and are excited to go each and every day that they have class. They learn more then just self defense, but also respect for others and themselves, plus development of self-​discipline. With their «do your best in everything you do» motto, my kids have learned to take pride in their work and put their best effort in, not only the karate class, but also in school.
They have different programs, depending on your Child’s age and motivation, they can choose to excel in more focused areas as well, such as leadership or advance black programs. I have seen positive results from confidence strengthening techniques learned in class. The students train from one of the best Grandmasters with years and years of experience and the whole staff works extremely well with kids.
So, if you are looking for a Cobra Kai dojo, this is not it!!! These are the good guys and the good guys always win… so it’s Karate Plus Martial Arts PDC For The Win!!!
