My wife and I live in Spring Branch, TX and despite having what we thought was a high end water softening system we continued to see hard water spots in our sinks, in our shower glass wall, in our appliances and throughout our home. We did some research and quickly found Jason’s Water MFG. We met with Jason and his after seeing his presentation we rather quickly made the easy decision to have his equipment installed in our home. I still remember the day, when Jason’s water system was installed, it was like flipping on a switch and we finally began to receive soft water all the time, day and night, from every faucet in our home. We are very pleased with our decision. Don’t get scammed by an undersized«Big Brand» system! I recommend you give Jason a call today!

I just moved here and I couldn’t stand the hard water here in San Antonio any longer! I called Jason’s Water Softeners and I must say they were awesome! Not only did they educate me and my family on the benefits of having soft water but and why my current softener wasn’t working. I had a water softener which came with the house and I couldn’t figure out why I was still hard water. I felt like I was wasting money on salts and getting no benefits. Emily explained that my water softener is too small for the square footage of my house, which apparently is a common problem and if I run more than one water source my old system couldn’t keep up! Plus!!! My old water softener wasn’t to plumbing code!!! I didn’t know that Jason’s water Softeners is the ONLY water softener made to plumbing code!!! I recommend Jason’s water Softeners to anyone!!! Give them a call and tell them a very happy customer sent you! Renee is how I found them!

Eventually, about three weeks after my last review, they got someone out there that they contracted to service their water softener systems and install the gap. It took several attempts to get a day and time nailed down, but it did happen. When you spend this much on a system you really expect the service to be efficient and courteous as you have invested your trust and money in their word and business. After this experience, there was no apology from Jason or Jason’s Water System, just a very tired contractor trying to run around and fix all of Jason’s water softener issues for them. The water was always soft in the three years we lived with this model, but not knowing if the water was contaminated or not is a $ 1,500 possible waste of money. I’m still very disappointed in this company I’m sorry to report. Maybe Lowe’s water softeners are the way to go? Or maybe there is another company out there that backs up their softener/filter systems with good customer service? I do hope so!

My brother gifted me a Jason’s water softening system. Made an appointment for Jason’s to come out to give a price quote for the install for noon on a Sunday. 12:30 rolls around & nothing so I decide to text back asking to confirm the appointment. Still nothing. Then decide to call, no answer so left voice mail. It wasn’t until after 1pm that I received a text back saying that they had decided to go to lunch with friends & that they were sorry. Not a good reflection on the business. Not even a courtesy call asking to reschedule for another day? This makes me wonder if the installers will even show.

So far so good. I had my water system installed about two weeks ago. So far so good, I really enjoyed the Softwater. One thing that really makes Jasons different is that the water is actually purified and drinkable, so it’s not just softened but the the chlorine is actually taken out of the water system. Which no other systems don’t do, I don’t think any other system does. So think twice before you buy any other water system besides Jasons. Also, if you are really interested in keeping things local, they are tech a Texas company which is always great to support. I am a firm believer of you get what you buy and jasons is the great option for anyone who wants a good quality water softener that is local Texas owned and the care about Quality.
