Horrible customer service!!! I love James Avery and was expecting to buy when I walked thru the door. After waiting 20 mins I was called to be helped. The woman that«helped» me was upon unimaginably rude. I had first asked her a few questions before getting started with my purchase and her replies were at the least short and stern. I felt like she was just trying to get me out of the way to get on to the next customer. She didn’t listen to what I had to say one bit and kept interrupting me. I am seriously rethinking buying jewelry from this place. I could have sworn these businesses succeeded upon great customer service but apparently that’s not what I got her and will definitely take my business else where.

Every Mother’s Day, birthday, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas I get my mother a new charm to add to her already packed James Avery charm bracelet. She absolutely values good manufactured local jewelry as do I. That being said, I was extremely happy to find out that they made a location here in my old neighborhood/my parents neighborhood. Now my mother could take her gifts and get her charm bracelet and her James Avery jewelry polished and soldered without having to go so far. I noticed on my last trip here, after giving my mother a charm she already had(i knew it was bound to happen sooner than later), that there were six spots marked with«James Avery Customer Parking Only» at the corner of their parking lot. This made me really happy considering that in the past I had such a hard time trying to find a parking space at this location. With Starbucks and other popular stores around the James Avery at CityBase parking can be a paaaaaiiiiiin! But, not anymore!!!

Clean store, great fast customer service. Dropped a bracelet off for cleaning and got it back fast with no problems. Love how city base is growing!

I absolutely love this new location because it is fairly close to my house. Traffic can get a little chaotic trying to get to this particular location and, in my opinion, there is not enough parking for the amount of business it gets but it’s worth it. They have the same variety of jewelry as all the other stores and their salespeople are very polite and service oriented. I have been happy with every one of my purchases here.

This location is fairly new. It opened on May 28, 2010. I have come here a few times and have had good experiences all three times. James Avery offers great silver and gold jewelry. I have bought numerous things there for myself and for friends/family. All of my rings and necklaces are in great condition and the charm bracelets are very durable. The staff is friendly and works quickly(very important since the holiday crowds are insane). They have all been very knowledgable about their products. I will add that James Avery prices have increased like crazy over the last few years. I bought a pair of earrings in 2007 for $ 35. I lost one this year. James Avery allows you to buy just one earring if you lose/break one of the pair. Just remember to bring your earring so that they’ll see that you do own one. Frankly I think its a silly policy because who would want just one earring? Anyways, they’ll sell you one earring at half of the current price of the pair. As I mentioned, I spent $ 35 on these earrings three years ago. The current price is $ 58. So, yes, what I spent on ONE earring was approximately the same amount that I spent on BOTH earrings a mere three years ago! *sigh* but these earrings are what I wear almost daily. I spent the money and replaced it with only a little grumbling. Back to the store: I hope they keep their employees as well trained as the ones they currently have. If they can continue to help customers as quickly and efficiently as they do now, this will be my new location of choice. The employees at the Basse location have gotten as slow as molasses.
