InkSell San Pedro & Pro Alteration

This is the second time I have purchased printer ink cartridges from this particular business. I cannot speak to the price of their new cartridges as I always purchase «refurbished» cartridges (saving roughly 30%). Having once purchased a new, HP cartridge from Wal-​Mart several months ago for $ 25+, I vowed never again to get hosed for ink again (Side Note: I thought Wal-​Mart is supposedly a discounter?!). This «Wal-​Mart Experience» is how I happened to discover InkSell San Pedro via a quick Google search. Friendly staff and fast, efficient service make this a great place to purchase printer ink at a discount.
NOTE: The parking lot can become busy and is quite narrow so drive carefully throughout said lot.

I am a complete dissatisfied customer. They rip you off and do not stand up to their so called «warranty.» I purchased a refurbished ink cartridge figuring I would give it a try and save some money last month. SINCE I got it there has been problems left and right, such as it is not printing full pages/​ink splatters/​skipping a lot. WELL that was my SECOND trip to the store because the first product purchased what the wrong one. I called ahead of time to make sure they had it and she said yes. My printer has INK everywhere. They have a 90 day warranty or 3 year. It has been only a month since I purchased it. I take the ink back to the store where Adele was being very rude and not acknowledging their warranty. All she could do was give me a lousy 10% off a new one when it was obviously defected! She was afraid her boss would get upset because its a empty cartridge of THEIR product that they sold me. OF COURSE IT WAS EMPTY! The wink was all over my hands and the bag I brought it in. Even more everywhere in my printer. I tried this place ONE FREAKEN TIME and they frauded me. That place is such a gimic, they offer and advertise warranty but DO NOT stand by it. DON’T EVER GO THERE. Shitty service

You gotta love a company that goes the extra step. We ran out of ink at work for our mailer system and were no longer able to send out correspondence, oh no! No worries, I called up

After searching around online for a replacement cartridge (and getting no help from Office Depot) I decided to give these guys a call. Their price was a steal– $ 23 in comparison to $ 60 at other places AND they offered to deliver it to our office for free. I called at 9am, paid over the phone and they delivered it to our office by 3pm with a smile and a simple request that should we need any future supplies, we give ‘em a call. Will do!
