Lisa made me feel super comfortable with her!!! After being highly disappointed with other shops not only for their dress selection but their customer service, Lisa was a breath of fresh air!!! Not even an hour later I was leaving with my dream dress! She was knowledgeable in all aspects of the dresses, color, shape, your individual style, it was just an amazing experience. I recommend I do the dress I do to anyone who gets engaged!

the personnel left me alone most of the time my mom had to extend my train most of the time and the changing rooms are together with no doors if you want privacy its not here… they were nice had a good selection but the experience wasnt the best one of the girls seemed bothered if I picked more than a couple of dresses

This shop creates an amazing experience for a bride! After going to ritzy shops in Austin to the chain stores like David’s bridal you get tired of feeling like just another bride! Lisa is awesome, honest and just plain helpful! Her eye for what works is exactly what I needed! Her selection is unmatched, I fell in love with at least 3 dresses, but after some help I found THE DRESS at the first appointment! I also was able to purchase a beautiful veil all way under my budget! I’ve been telling all of my bride to be friends to check it out and when my sister gets married we will for sure be back! Thanks again Lisa for helping make my day perfect!

So glad I went to see Lisa after reading the other great reviews. She has a great selection that changes constantly, and within an hour we were leaving with my perfect dress. I loved the experience, never felt overwhelmed & it was pretty private. They require appointments to try on and you get one-​on-​one service, but they do allow walk-​ins during the week to look around (see site for days). Most dresses are new, but a few are resale and the dress I chose was one of those. I’ll need only minor alterations, and I was able to get my veil (new) as well. If you don’t find something on your first visit, you can share what you like/don’t like and they may have something perfect for you soon, and can really get you the most within any budget. Highly recommend I Do the Dress I Do!

Bought the first dress I tried on! Lisa is the owner and she was AMAZING!!! She knows what she’s talking about and is honest, helpful, friendly… I can’t say enough about how enjoyable my experience was. I got a full length lace Allure dress for under $ 1000. Everything is off the rack so you can’t order a dress in a different size but her prices are great and she has a good selection of dresses in your size.

Lisa thank you so much for your personal touch that you give to your customers. If you want awesome customer service and some one who not let u out of her shop with the wrong dress this is the shop. She helped me pick out the right dress and let me know what did bl not look ok. This was not just about a sale.

I had such a great experience here. I first went to Mayfair Bridal and had a good experience and the prices were good. so I thought. I happened to run across this store and I was amazed. She had the perfect dress and the price was half of what I was going to pay at Mayfair. It wasn’t the exact same dress but it was just as beautiful. I loved being able to walk out that day with my dress. As others have mentioned she doesn’t do alterations but for what you save with the cost of the dress you can afford to have them done separately. I am so glad that I found this store!!! Please visit here first… then if you don’t find something you can try other places.

Lisa books one bride per hour so she can be attentive, answer questions and personally help each bride with her search for THE DRESS unlike David’s Bridal which is a madhouse. *shudders*
I had a 9 am appointment and Lisa was ready to get to work! She let us look around at different styles and dresses to start our search — I actually had a particular dress in mind from her website and luckily for me it was in stock! Woo hoo :-) And that dress, is the dress that I walked out of there with!

We scheduled an appointment here in hopes of finding a beautiful dress at a great price. It was a little difficult to find, but we found it. I feel like there should be a sign once you get out of the elevator, but it’s to the right. There weren’t as many dresses as I thought she would have, but still quite a few. We were specifically looking for lace, A line, but it seems like they probably fly off the shelf due to their popularity, so I guess you would have to get lucky with your timing. She also has veils, sashes, hair pieces, and some clearance bridesmaids dresses. I didn’t see any that had multiples for the bridesmaids dresses. Overall I think it’s worth a shot.

I can’t imagine not having this place. I am 4 months out from my wedding, and starting to panic about my dress. Couldn’t order one — no time for that. Owner Lisa Pollock MADE MY DAY.
My mom and I decided over breakfast that we’d go and check out what Lisa had in stock — no intentions of actually FINDING a dress that day. So we found the place — which could be a little tricky — she’s in the Petroleum Center on the 3^rd floor — but when I was looking at the website, it indicated to call for an appointment. Well, I called, and she already had someone she was helping, but told me I could come up and look around. She pointed me to my size area, and went about helping the other gal. Mom and I went through the dresses and I started stressing because I couldn’t find anything that caught my eye. Ok, let me just say that I have never had a formal dress before. Didn’t go to prom, never been in a wedding, and this is MY ONLY wedding. When she finished with the other *little, young, tiny* bride-​to-​be, she came over and helped us. She looked at me and could tell what I’d look good in, what MIGHT work, what wouldn’t. She asked about what type of ceremony I was having, etc. I tried on THREE dresses. First one, nah. Second one — WINNER… Third, no. Put back on the second one… DEFINITELY. THE. ONE. And we were done!
I don’t know anyone else getting married, so I can’t really do the word-​of-​mouth thing… so I get on here. If you are getting married — GO HERE. I didn’t even MENTION the prices. Prices are GREAT. My dress was under $ 400. She doesn’t do alterations, but she does have seamstresses she recommends.
GO HERE. I can’t stress it enough. It’ll take the «OMGWHATDOIDO?!» right out of dress-​shopping.
Post-​Wedding Update: The dress was beautiful. So many compliments, and in seeing the few photos I have, I couldn’t possibly be any happier. I stand by my review — IDotheDressIDo is THE place to go.
