The apartments are really nice, but good luck on the class of neighbors you get because if you get crappy neighbors management wont do anything about it. I have been complaining for the past 4 months about the loud family that lives upstairs and they keep telling me something will be done due to other tenant complains. I go and complain again and they tell me their lease was renewed, WTF happen to something will be done. Bunch of kids running around upstairs equals non stop stomping. I pay almost $ 1500 for my 1st floor 3br «luxury» apartment, and I have seen section 8 apartments more relaxing and better managed than this.

Great, clean, property. Julian the main maintenance man was always available but rarely needed since the properties are so new. Must balconies are very small but these complexes offer PLENTY of storage options. Car ports run $ 15 and Garages run $ 50 which is cheaper than anywhere else i know!

BRAND NEW OWNERS! This place is not closed. It is now called Hillstone Ranch! It is MUCH better than before! The prices and space are fantastic. It only has one pool and no hot tub but great location. The surrounding parks are great for families and those who workout. The schools in the area a have a great reputation. Close to the college for the students too!
