Walked around twice around the store looking for something and I wasn’t offered any help, stood by the cutting table as an associate was cutting fabric for someone else and she did not offer help… I found someone that actually helped me. Other than that I liked the place

ugh never again. saw great sales for MLK holiday so i stopped in. in a strip mall w heb and has a large parking lot so easy to find a place to park. i found a couple patterns i liked so i went to the cutting area and started my wait. there were 5 in front of me. you would think this won’t take long but it did. the lady cutting was a chatty cathy and would talk way too much making the wait unbearable. the chatty cathy finally called for an additional cutter and you would think the line would move. but no. the second cutter was just as chatty. ugh! the lady waiting behind me even said that the wait was long. i couldn’t get out of that place fast enough. won’t be back.

I had my fabric on the cutting table waiting on an associate to come so they could cut it. No one elae was. waiting just me. The lady came pushed my bolts at me and said«put them in your basket» and proceeded yo fabric she was holding in her arms for another lady. No please, I’m sorry I was cutting for this customer first and I’ll get you next. Just very rude. So I went around the store once and came back she was still cutting. I went to another employee and asked if she could come cut fabric for me and she said«my manager is over there and I told her yes and she’s busy. So I just went to the register with some other things. Stood there while finally asked the lady(the manager) if she could call someonento do check out to which she said«I’ll be there in a minute» Really she had 4 people waiting by that time to have fabric cut. Didn’t call for the other employee to come to the register. I finally just walked out. They lost about $ 100.00 sale. I went down to Hobby Lobby and got my fabric. GETMOREHELP.

I am so disappointed in this store and the associates that worked there on Saturday 04÷05÷14. I was in need of a spool holder and I was on my way into the store when I decided to call ahead to have them hold it for me. However when a sales rep answered and I started to ask my question, she asked if she could put me on hold. Before I could even reply she had placed me on hold. So I waited, and waited and about 10 minutes later when I got to the store … I went in and walked up to the counter to over hear a sales person ask the other rep, WHOISONHOLD? And I responded«I am, and for over 10 minutes«! I was not happy. I wasn’t rude, I was just unhappy I had been discarded . I’m not asking for the moon and stars, I just ask that when I call a business or visit that I be treated with respect . Hope this helps you make a educated decision on where YOU spend your hard earned money. — also remember buying merchandise isn’t just about the«item«itself. It is about the experience that leads up to getting said item.

Nice staff, small selection of fabric, but I usually find what I want. The staff does not sew, so can’t help with sewing questions. This is a nice little fabric store and it is very pleasant to shop here.
