This is a wonderful food truck! Gracie & her staff are so kind and thoughtful (brought my food to me instead of making me wait at the window) and the food is amazing. Generous portions & great flavor. Gracie runs a tight ship– truck is clean and service is on point! We followed her truck all the way to one of the several competitions she’s won. Well-​deserved!

Had the super juicy Big TX burger… A cheeseburger with brisket, burger patty, bbq sauce and pickles. It was ready almost instantly. Staff was kind and helpful and answered every question I had regarding the menu. I would suggest for Gracies to offer more sides along with the burger (currently only fries are offered). Maybe some mac salad? I was interested in their pork chop plate but it was not available. I look forward to having that next time

Had the Steak Ranchero with beans, rice, and guacamole. EXCELLENT flavor in the steak! Beans and rice were very good also. And the price was excellent for the quantity of food… $ 9.00 for a full plate including two flour tortillas. Most food trucks would have charged $ 13-​$ 14 for the same thing, and there was plenty of food! Only negative was that even though the guacamole was good tasting, it was a little runny. I prefer thick guacamole.
The guy at the window explained that the green sauce container was mild, and the red salsa container was spicy… he was right! I love super spicy food, so I put red salsa over everything and set my lips on fire! Really enjoyed this! Gotta try more of their stuff now!
