Be advised, the male in charge of this place is extremely rude and disrespectful to not only women, but also to minors. This is the worst hair braiding establishment I’ve ever been in and that says a lot about this horrible guy because this used to be a good place. Don’t waste your time here.

Braids are amazing. I got small Senegalese twists. Two ppl started on my hair and one finished faster because she was ultimately a faster worker. The other last was sooooooooo slowwwwwww. She didn’t finish until 3 hours after the First Lady and mind you they started at the same time. They both talking and texted on their phones the whole entire 7 hours that I was there. This became annoying because it was interfering with their work. Then a guy came in whom I’m guessing was the owner. They stopped to talk to him for 30 mins. Laughing and cackling when I was sitting there starving and ready to go. Overall the braids were amazing but the customer service was not good at all.

I am definitely satisfied with the overall job it was great for the price I paid and the time it took. I got almost waist length, medium sized, individual box braids for $ 200 and they provided the hair. The reason I’m giving such a low rating is because I specifically asked the stylist to make the boxes in the front bigger than the others because I didn’t want my edges to break off. I got my hair braided on Wednesday October 1st only three days later, the 4th a braid fell out from the edges, of course causing breakage. Smh they need to be more attentive to what the customers ask for. I’ve been growing my hair naturally for about two years now and is quite healthy so this is very disappointing.

I wanted to try something outside of the norm, so I decided to get tree braids(very cute protective style that allows you to still style the hair to your liking). Being that I reside in San Antonio TX, there’s not many options when it comes to Braiding salons. I searched Google and came across this Salon, so I called and made an appointment. The staff were all very friendly and kept a tight schedule. My issue is some of the stylist are not as skilled at some styles, but attempted it anyway. I witnessed a stylist struggling with trying flat iron hair for a sew-in, and as a result another one had to finish it for her. My stylist assured me she was very knowledgeable on tree braids and that I would be pleased… not the case at all. My hair has empty patches all over :(One side of my head is very full while the other looks like she just gave up. The hair isn’t blended at all and it looks like she attempted to mix synthetic hair with human hair. I called the manager of the company to get my hair re-done and he told me it could be fixed, but I had to buy more hair… REALLY?! Spend more money and time for sonething that wasn’t my fault. I give this place 2 stars because everyone was nice… besides that I pretty much threw away $ 180 :(I would not recommend this place to my family or friends.
