Gary Pools

I would like to say we had our Concrete pool built by Gary Pools last summer and we had very professional building experience. 60+ years and A+ rating with BBB
I read the other 3 reviews on this site and they are not even talking about the same company.
It is obvious they are talking about GARYS POOL AND PATIO they install fiberglass pools and hot tubs I know this because I was confused by the similar name.
Thank you Gary pools for our backyard oasis we will continue to send our friends your way!

Beware of this company, they were very friendly when we met with the salesman, selected the pool and had an expeditious start to the pool in early March. They dug the pool in a day and brought the pool out and set it in the hole a few days later. Shortly after that, everything came to a grinding halt. It is now July 16^th and we still do not have a completed pool. Their concrete guy has given every excuse under possibly as to why they have not completed the work. We did have some rain, which slowed things up, but we are now almost 5 months into an install that was supposed to take 3 to 6 weeks for completion.
They are terrible at communication and the pool looks like a green cesspool of bugs and dead reptiles. I have very little faith that they will complete the work in any way that will be acceptable to my family.

We had a pool installed last summer by Gary Pools and Patio. The concrete guy did not level the pool before pouring the slab. Then the forms were all wrong so when they poured we had ridges all around the edge. They came out and looked at it and wanted to send the same guy out to fix it. When I asked for a different guy the were less than helpful. I finally got it finished but what a hassle. Now the mortar under the coping is falling off. I called three weeks ago and still have not heard anything back. If you decide to use Gary’s good luck.

So far I do not recommend Gary pools. They are unorganized and non-​responsive. We were told our pool would be done quickly and that is a lie. They tell us someone will be working on it and then no one shows up nor calls us to let us know why. We have called them several times upset with their process someone says they made a mistake however still no action and we are still waiting for our pool to be completed. I would try another pool company before this one for sure if you are thinking of getting a pool.
