Wow. I should of read the reviews. I just stopped by for a quick repair on a Coach purse. Place was quiet unassuming and I was told they were so backed up, it would be November before they could do the repairs. Granted it’s early August right now. They won’t be getting my business…

I used to use this shop, but no longer. My shoes took over two months for the repair, and the quality of the material was fair at best. I now drive across town and am willing to pay the higher price. Shoes are done in one week, and the quality of the materials is far superior. Which one, you ask. Here’s a hint, it’s a huge chain in Houston, ours just goes by a slightly different name.

I took in two pairs of black heels for the heel tips to be replaced. It took 11 days for my shoes to be done and when I went back to pick to them up he was still working on them. I guess I was suppose to be there after 5pm. The tips looked ill fitting and not very refined and one of my shoes were leaning over to the side and not standing upright anymore. When I mentioned this they became very defensive and insisted it was due to the way I walked in my shoes and that they hadn’t done anything to damage my shoe, but my shoe did NOT look like that when I brought it in. Anyway, I would probably find another place to go. The work was not that great, took a really long time to get the shoes back, and the owners were not very friendly.
