I went to the location by Hobby Lobby on Bandera. I’m not sure how well they’re doing because I was the only person there after work on a Friday but I hope they succeed because I really enjoyed my yogurt! I mixed tart blueberry and plain in one cup and also tried the cheesecake and pumpkin(which I had never seen in a yogurt store) and both were quite good! The guy working was also helpful. I didn’t really pay attention to the toppings but the yogurt itself was good quality and I will definitely be back to check out what other flavors they put out!

Im a huge fan of Froyo and I’m glad this place is close to me but I feel like there’s a lot of room for improvement here. I’ve been twice the complaints I have are :Old looking fruit and toppings :Lack of variety :personalized cups(the cups don’t look professional) :The consistency of the Froyo was off(very gritty) Other than that I hope this place is successful. P. s. The second time I didn’t order bc I was disappointed in the presentation

Awww, I really want this place to succeed. The teenage dude working all alone on a Saturday night seemed both friendly and smart, and I love frozen yogurt. But right now, the product needs some major tweaks. We pulled up and were surprised that the shop was so empty during what we thought would be «prime time» for froyo. A customer was inside having a pretty lively chat with the clerk, but nobody else was there. Things were clean and bright, and there were plenty of topping and yogurt choices. But, although I’m a huge fan of tart frozen yogurt(I used to have to set a monthly budget for Pink Berry), what I had here tasted like salty pineapple. A friend’s vanilla flavor was much better, although it was a bit icy. There were tons of topping choices, including some really fun ones like mochi and gummi army men, and cake frosting. And a few minutes later, the place picked up when some families with kids arrived. Those two stars are my cheerleading stars. It’d be great to have some tasty froyo in this area, and friendly local kids working is really nice. But I tossed most of my yogurt. :(Please, please, Fruzen, work on your product, because we want you to stick around!

Fruzen has the awesome possibility of being a neighborhood staple. Located at the entrance/exit of two family filled, well established developments. I have been here twice now and have tried 3 different flavors. Cake Batter is by far my favorite, the other two, Vanilla and Tart were good in flavor but were both ‘icy’. The toppings are pretty extensive but were not fully stocked on my recent visit. Some candies were nearly empty and were reduced to crumbs instead of chunks. The fruit options are great; kiwi, strawberries and blueberries! There are some items that I have seen here but not at other places like White Chocolate Chips. The staff are super nice and quite young, each time they have been doing homework — I love that, it really creates a hometown feeling. Unfortunately, I have been the only customer each time. I really hope that more people give Fruzen a try and that Fruzen focus a bit more on the quality of product. When you do give it a try, be sure to pick up the frequent buyer card, you will get 20% off your first visit and the 10th order is free.
