Frost – Park North

I came into Frost bank today to cash a check from a client of mine it showed frost bank as the logo so I can only assume it was from there. I’ve never been to this bank till now but I will say very respectful establishment not to mention oh wow the customer service here is unbelievable so great by far an I was a little stocked because it was very busy at my time of arrival
However a certain banker by the name Rudy Terrazas made me feel very welcome. Saying hello as soon as I walked in, asking me what I needed an if I would care for a water or coffee while I wait. Plus they had cookies galore, an not to put myself on blast but I LOVE cookies hehe, so then was told they have a lovely arrangement of sofas in the lobby plus free internet while I wait. So yes this bank was awesome an a special thanks to Rudy Terrazas an even though I didn’t open a checking account with them I was offered an even though I said no Rudy Terrazas, said that’s ok.
He wasn’t mad an still told me to come back again for any other banking needs, an Rudy Terrazas said maybe in the future you will open an account with us.
So yes Unilocaler’s of Unilocal please come to Frost bank especially at this location you won’t be disappointed an you will be even more happy if you work with Rudy Terrazas.
