I love it here. I run the indoor track and the staff are very friendly. They all know me already. Only for military and I don’t pay anything. My son can also use gym since he is my dependent.

Extremely clean with well maintained equipment. It also has a smoothie bar that is really nice after a workout. A variety of classes with motivating instructors.

Great facilities! The fitness center has so much to offer. Group classes range from kickboxing, to indoor cycling, to Hatha yoga. The space is well designed, with plenty of room in the aerobics/multi-functional exercise rooms. The weight room is combined with the cardio room, which is not a great layout idea, but I can’t complain to much about it. The machines are all brand new and well organized. Bring your own lock for the lockers. The saunas are always nice and clean. The staff is extremely helpful, and will even give you a tour of the facilities, if you’re new. One warning: never come during peak PT hours. Between 12 – 4 on weekdays and anytime of weekends are the best times to come. All other times will be inundated by trainees. Get some!

On Post? Need to workout? Well the MET-C fitness center is a great place to work it out, even if you are just passing through. The staff is friendly and courteous. Very well educated in the art of personal training! There’s a running track on the second floor along with a TRX/Crossfit style area. The best times to go are from 12 – 5, try not to get caught up with all the students! By far still a great location for a great workout! Enjoy!
