The staff is great. Always friendly and I must say I am shocked that Earl can remember my name as soon as he sees me. I have stayed there a lot but still pleasantly surprised.

We are Gold Marriott Rewards Members. This is the dirtiest Marriott property I have ever seen. There was hair and mildew in our bathroom, the carpet needs to be cleaned, and the toilet is hard to flush. The linens are worn, the towels are thin, dingy and ready for a rag pile. The elevator has been out of service on and off and there has been the same garbage on the floor in the stairwell for the past 36 hours. The staff is not very friendly nor are they professional. Do not stay here.

As with all Marriott hotels the service is always excellent. This is where the excellence ends for me at this particular location. Even though I’m a platinum member and usually get assigned the better room, mine left a lot to be desired. The towels were well past their wear date… All exceptionally thin, frayed at the edges, and the bath towels were like sandpaper against my skin.
The bedcoverings were thin and likewise past their wear dates and the TV kept flickering off every 10 min. Overall the room I was in needs to be updated and I suspect so do the others.
This location was below the standards I’ve come to expect from this chain.

Pretty pleased with this hotel. Cleaning staff was great. They offered to clean everyday we were there. They were very nice. The room was nice. Love that there was two tvs, one in sitting area and one in sleeping area. The plugs on the lamp by the bed was nice so I could charge my phone etc. only thing I would change is the towels for drying off were very small. Also the tvs had to be turned up almost all the way just to hear anything good. I usually only have to turn mine at home up to about 10. I had to turn these up to about 70 just to hear clearly. Also it would be nice if they had an outdoor pool. Not a big fan of indoor pools. I would definitely stay there again though.

Stayed at this hotel from 7⁄19 to 7÷23… Family wedding, we were 23 people. The rooms were clean, the staff was awesome. Javier the manager and the entire staff did a great job of making everyone comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool and hot tub were well used by our group. The beds were so comfortable, best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Although the place was booked to capacity the staff did a great job catering to everyone’s needs. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

New Fairfield Design… very clean and contemporary, like a boutique hotel. The lobby work stations and breakfast area hip and comfortable. Super convenient to the HWY. Lots of restaurants around.

Fairfield Inn is the greatest. My check-​in was quick, easy, painless and didnt have to wait to waited on. Nice hotel with clean rooms and great service. I stayed in a Comfort Suites down the road (See other post) and this Fairfield Inn makes me a convert. What a huge difference! Try it you like it!

Decent hotel at a reasonable price. Nothing special — but it’s fairly new so still looks good. Service is good. breakfast is reasonable for this type hotel. Located just across from Costco.
