I have been seeing Laura for several years now. She is very knowledgeable, reasonable and trust worthy. ALL of my visits with her have been positive and I have always left her office with a great experience. I have always gotten the results I have wanted and she will tell you that if you are not happy, be sure to let her know and she will fix it. Facial Finesse is honest and very often lets me know about money saving offers they have, which I really appreciate! I highly, highly recommend Facial Finesse to anyone that is looking for help in looking their best. Laura is AWESOME is all that I can say to best describe her. Don’t hesitate to give Facial Finesse a try. You will not be disappointed.

I do not like salons or spas that have no personality and run me through an assembly line process. I particularly hate to feel uncomfortable when I am paying somebody to provide a personal service.

Laura is about as down to earth, easy going and straight forward as it gets.
I tend to ask a lot of questions, probably too many questions sometimes, but I have had some bad experiences when I haven’t so I would rather ask my questions. Laura was exceptionally patient with all of my questions and definitely worked hard to accommodate my needs. I really appreciated that.

I will not trust anyone but Laura to inject me with Botox or any fillers. Her expertise is invaluable, and the results are AMAZING! I’ve been seeing Laura for two years now, and I get so many compliments on how great I look… it’s a good feeling to look in a mirror and really like what you see. But if you really want an incredible non-​surgical remedy for sagging skin or that pesky belly fat, you HAVE to ask about the Venus Freeze. A machine that is NOT a laser, and which yields results I can only describe as miraculous! If you want a practice that is friendly, safe and sanitary, GO HERE! They offer other services too, including laser hair removal, among others. Do yourself and your face and body a favor and avail yourself of their services… or just stop by for information. We can’t help growing older, but we sure can do it gracefully. Guys, don’t think this kind of thing isn’t something you should try. They have a faithful male clientele, and with good reason. This is the place a guy can go and not feel squirmy… you won’t find a bunch of «girly» stuff here! :)

I have to agree 100% with Wendy M. I also am a client of Laura and can not say enough good things about her expertise. Everything Wendy states is spot on. What i like about Laura is she asks what YOU want to achieve, she makes suggetions and always begins by giving options you can work with and feel comfortable with. In reference to her botox sculpting abilities again, spot on. I had my first injection done by a dermotologists and she bruised my face. Laura has this uncanny ability to get the results you want by targeting the areas that need to achieve the look you are going for. If you are looking for someone that is going to be honest and super experienced Laura/​Facial Finesse is the place for you. You will not regret it.

Laura Reinhardt is the founder and Nurse Aesthetician at Facial Finesse. Let me start by saying, she is AMAZING! Laura offers services like BOTOX, Restalyne (for facial line plumping), lazer skin tightening and pretty much anything else you might want to improve the look and quality of your skin. And if you’re over 30, a lot of women start thinking how nice it would be to get back to a more youthful appearance (whether they’re willing to admit it or not). That’s why it’s hard to get good, honest reviews about aestheticians on-​line, because no one wants to admit they see one. That’s pretty lame.
In particular, Laura has exceptional skills with BOTOX. So many people «think» they do a good job with injecting BOTOX to give a natural result, but they don’t (have you ever seen a frozen face, or «Spock eyebrows?»). And that includes a lot of doctors. Additionally, there are a lot of so-​called «med-​spas» out there. There are tons of un-​trained people out there just injecting away. Hey people! That’s YOUR FACE! You can’t just trust that to anyone, just because they call themselves a «med-​spa!»
Laura is like an artist. She is incredibly experienced, tells you exactly what she is doing the whole time, gives you her honest and professional opinion about where she thinks you need improvement without up-​selling you. You even watch her draw up the BOTOX into the syringes (this is very rare!). That’s important, because a lot of docs really dilute BOTOX and you pay a lot of money for a «little» result. There are some real scam artists out there, so beware! All BOTOX is not the same because of the dilution game.
Laura’s prices are fantastic too. Some of the lowest I’ve seen. But the important thing with any aesthetic procedure is how experienced and talented the aesthetician is. Money truly is no object if you are unfortunate enough to get with someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. And once you’ve gone forward with a procedure (particularly something like BOTOX), there’s really no going back if someone screws up! Certainly, not for quite a few months.
Laura is a gem. Great personality, super talented at what she does. Very professional, and very fair prices. You cannot do better. I would hold her up higher than derms I’ve been to in Beverly Hills, San Francisco and other major cities. She’s the real deal.
