#1 Joke! We got a ten pass deal to this place and it is a JOKE! There are only 4 bounce things and they are all small. The furniture for the parents to sit on looks like they got it from a bunch of garage sales. They lack basic safety things for kids such as hand stamping the parents and kids and soft landings. The staff is just the owners kids who are immature and rude(and the girl dressed like a floozy what parent wants their daughter to see THAT??). My kids were bored within 5 min of getting here and wanted to watch the TV they had blaring. This place is not only a waste of time but of money as well. We will go back to the one at Rolling Oaks mall. That one is much better and my kids have a blast there for at least 2 hrs!!!

This is not a place we will be visiting again. There were only a few bounce houses(4 – 5) which is not a big deal. However, the staff was surly and the place did not make me feel safe. When you come in you sign your name and how many kids you have. There is no identification as to which kids are yours — no stamps or arm bands. Also, the access to the bathroom is through an unmanned back door. Supposedly there is an alarm, but we found this to not be the case. When we walked out to go to the bathroom, the door was difficult to open. As I tried to pry it open, the screws holding the door into the wall came completely out of the drywall. When alerted to this, the staff said«just use the other door» and seemed put out when we told them it was a safety hazard with the screws sticking out. They put a sign on it not to use the door but did not physically block it off. My four year old enjoyed himself but there was nothing for my two year old to do that we didn’t have at home. Overall I would say I did not feel safe or welcomed here.
