Edible Arrangements

Horrible customer service. I missed my delivery and they left me a tag to call them. I called and they said you have to pick up your items because we don’t re delivery and we can refund the delivery fee. I’m said okay great– I didn’t even mention getting the delivery fee back they did. Long story short the manager Crystal said they don’t do delivery refunds because they attempted to go out, but yet they don’t honor whatever ghost answered the phone found my delivery and said the refund will be given to you. Called corporate and they said all stores redeliver. Waiting on a callback from the store owner to get this resolved. If someone is going to spend 100+, you should redeliver. Especially for a big event. Get your crap together!

Couldn’t get anyone to help me. They didn’t even acknowledge I was a customer in the store waiting. They even took a delivery from a vender while I waited. Employee stayed in back by door and never even said someone will be right with you. I called and spoke to the manager. All she could say was «what do you expect me to do?» Most likely employee didn’t hear you”. Would have thought she would have said something like, «Come back, enjoy a fruit cup while I get your order taken care of personally». No ownership or customer service. No value of customer’s time. Never going back. Heading to a florist.

I am greatly disappointed with the level of service I have received from the company. This is my first time ordering and will be the last. All I have received is rude behavior from the customer service reps and stress. i don’t even want to call the store that is processing my order because they simply don’t care to help. For the amount I paid I should to at least get better service, this place is a joke.

There was a misunderstanding in the type of chocolate that was being used. Understandable. These things happen. I’ve worked in customer service for 7 years and would NEVER think of treating my customers the way I was just treated. Neither manager nor C.S.R. cared AT ALL about fixing this issue with me or saving the customer relationship. I don’t understand how the company has lasted this long with people like this working for you. This was for my mother’s birthday and now I’ve wasted money on fruit that will not be eaten. Something needed to be done to satisfy the customer, but this company had no interest in doing so. I cannot believe the experience I had today.

I am very happy that I decided to order an edible arrangement for my mother for her bday! I live in California and my mother went to Texas to Visit family. I got her the pink martini glass birthday arrangement. My mother and the rest of the family have been raving about how delicious and fresh the fruit is! I’m kind of bummed that I didn’t get any. It’s a little pricy, but your paying for quality! I am very impressed and I recommend edible arrangements for any occasion!!!

Pay no attention to the 1-​star reviews below, they are obviously from the same person and, in my opinion, are not an accurate representation of this business.
I came in today (7÷11÷14) for the 5^th time in the past 3 years (I have been a customer that long) and the only complaint I have is that my order was not ready until 11:48am, even though I specified the pick-​up time to be 11:30am. In all fairness though, I did place the order at 9:30am on the same-​day, so I did cut them some slack as far as that goes! My only qualm is that Edible Arrangements can definitely be a wee tiny bit on the pricey side. But, because I only use their services on special occasions (anniversaries/​birthdays) and there don’t seem to be any other options in the market for this same type of service, I am not terribly upset about it. If you are on a budget however, I am sure you will find something to stay within your limitations such as chocolate-​dipped strawberries or some of their smaller arrangements. The best way to avoid additional charges is to pick-​up and deliver your arrangement yourself. This option will save you at least $ 12.
All of the employees I have ever dealt with, whether over the phone or in-​person, have been pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Their online ordering system is very convenient and user-​friendly, with various options to customize and upgrade your order. Unless you’re in a last-​minute bind, I wouldn’t recommend their teddy bears or mylar balloons because your order will come out much cheaper if you just buy stuff like that at H-​E-​B or Wal-​Mart. My other half has continuously been pleased with all of their arrangements so I will continue to give my business to Edible Arrangements as long as they continue to treat me as good as they always have!

Horrible service. I open a case against this store. My arrangement was not delivered. Deliver guy got there 10 mins late. And I got blame for it as a customer!!! Check google. Reviews are one star. Please ignore the ONE customer that was happy with this store. Prolly is from the staff

Surprises are fun and I love surprises!
Yesterday I came home to find a notice on my door that they weren’t able to deliver. Called and made plans to pick up my delivery today. The young lady I spoke to was friendly and seemed unfamilair with the notion that I had no idea what this mysterious order might be. Which kinda makes me laugh because isn’t that part of the concept behind flower shops and Edible Arrangements?!
Anywho… This morning I made my stop, and again the young lady was very helpful and nice. She brought me out a beautiful fruit bouquet and no joke I was speechless. Don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t this. In all honesty I had no idea until reading the card who the sender was, and that was my second lovely surprise :-)
After getting it safely home I haven’t wanted to eat it. It’s just too pretty! But dig in I must.
Thank you Edible Arrangments for such tasty and beautiful work. After seeing the fresh and creative arrangment they made for me, I want to send one now.
