I have been bringing my 3 children to Dr. Doose for approximately 5 years and can’t say enough great things about him or his staff.
While you can’t be late for your appointment, because I too have had to reschedule, when you are there they make sure to get you seen as quickly as possible. They dental hygienists are so friendly and easily make conversation with my children and myself. Dr. Doose is conservative in his treatment approach and has done a great job in making recommendations when they were needed or just watching when it was appropriate. He is funny, easy to talk to and a really nice guy. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist.

I have been bringing all four of my children to Dr. Doose for years now. He is a very kind and patient dentist and makes sure that each patient receives plenty of time during their appointment. I Can’t attest to the other reviews posted but the staff has always been nothing but kind, courteous and helpful each time we have visited. I’ll continue to take my kids until they’re too old to go there. It’s a true testament to how awesome the practice is when my kids are excited about going to the dentist!

I can’t speak to the skill of Dr. Doose because I never made it past the rude and impatient receptionist. My first encounter was a phone call to ensure my insurance would be accepted and I was met with the worst attitude from the woman that ran the front desk. She began by asking me several questions but would not answer any of mine. After the phone conversation I was skeptical but decided to stop by the office thinking a busy office might be the reason behind the attitude. Not the case, the same woman was just as rude in person and wouldn’t answer any questions without making an appointment first. No thanks, I will be finding another dentist with a better staff.

The staff and dentist at this office appear to be more concerned about their personal time and schedule than that of their patients. Got last appointment in the day and staff or dentist would not wait 1 (one) additional minute from original scheduled time. Additionally, the way the staff handled my phone call left a lot to desire in terms of cordiality and attention to patients.
I guess this place is more of a business than an oral care facility, where patient care should be a priority.
I will not bring my child to this dentist nor would I recommend it to anyone.
