I was at this location yesterday and honestly wish I could rate it 0 stars! The service was beyond horrible! First we get there and there was no tables due to waiters not cleaning them right away after customers leave. We waited to get someone to clean a table then finally a waitress comes and cleans a table seeing that we are standing right there and that we are clearly waiting to sit down on that table, she instead sits other people that had barely arrived way after us. Then this waiter named oscar cleans the booth right next to it so we wait for that table and he looked like he was angry that he had to clean a table. Finally we sat down and instead of giving us a menu or taking our drink orders he says nothing and walks off to another table of people that were there after us. We waited for about 10 minutes waiters would pass us and no help. Finally this waiter named Jae sees us and helps us out. When he came up to us he clearly stated that he was not originally in charge of our table and it looked like he was helping out a new employee as well. We’ll we ordered our drinks I asked for sweet tea and I was given unsweet, my husband waited about 45 minutes for 1 bottle of beer. How ridiculous! Almost an hour later we received our food and we had no silverware, I couldn’t eat my salad without utensils. Ten minutes later still no utensils so my husband got up grabbed the utensils from there little station by the register. We were beyond furious at this point. The waiter saw that we grabbed our silverware and came to bribe us with a free drink, I bluntly said«no I don’t want a drink.» Then after waiting and waiting he finally brings us the receipt it says we owe $ 88 for 3 meals? I told him that wasn’t right and then he tries to remove items and comes back, now we owe $ 67 it didn’t even add up. We asked to speak to a manager and it seem like he didn’t want us to so he said he would fix the problem and then he came back with the correct bill which was $ 45. We were about to pay and asked him again if he was originally supposed to be our waiter he said no. We tried talking to the manager and that was a joke he pretty much just brushed us off with a free meal. I didn’t want a free meal I wanted him to talk to his employees that they need to have their tables clean on time and to communicate with guests if they see someone seated waiting go help out or at least go get someone to help. It’s lack of communication and laziness that causes problems like these. I guess he doesn’t like people telling him how to do his job. The manager said your meal is free and I’ll take care of my employees and walked off to talk to the waiter as we walked off we saw from a far that the manager and waiter were laughing. Shows how seriously they take thir customers! Never will we still foot in that location ever again!

We held a birthday party for my nephew and the service was deplorable. Took 45 minutes for my food to arrive, an hour for my son’s food and an hour fifteen minutes for my wife’s food. I made the mistake of asking for mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup, which finally came 30 minutes later, by that time my burger and fries had gotten cold. My niece was the first one to order, but never received her or her daughters food. So the host just took the orders belonging to some other customers and gave them to my niece. Meanwhile everyone had been asking for drink refills and finally the server announced they were not worrying about drink because they are trying to take orders and get the food out to customers. So most of us didn’t get refills. But they certainly made it a point to hunt us down and drag us out of the game room to pay. What a horrible place.

Horrible!!! I came with my husband to enjoy a drink and play games, and instead left disappointed. We ordered the wings and sliders appetizer, pretzel hotdogs, and Mac and cheese. The food was gross. The wings were the only thing that was edible. The sliders, had gross cheese which wasn’t melted and were extremely small, hardly any bread. The place was filled with KIDS running everywhere. This place is for adults not kids. So we paid and left. We will NEVER be back. They were also understaffed, our server was ok, but hardly spoke English. I work in the food industry as well, and I can’t believe they served us that food.

I’m writing this review as we’re sitting at the table talking about how much this place sucks. The napkin wraps smell like sour milk and the subsequent replacements have smelled the same. The draft beer tastes sour. The replacement beer was sour also. And you’ll be having to ask for water refills since your server doesn’t care unless it’s something you’ll be charged for. This location is not indicative of all Dave and Busters and I have never experienced a one star experience at any other location. I wouldn’t come back here even with the offer of complimentary food. Don’t waste your time.

Whao! Dave & Buster’s is Loaded with Arcades, ticket arcades, pool tables, 2 restaurants and bars, all in one location! It’s cool and lively! It has a wide variety of food, always try to get something different and up till now I still haven’t been disappointed! Delicious cocktails and state of the art games! I’m a kid at heart so I’m a sucker for Dave & Buster’s! Work yourself up an appetite, throw down a delicious munch, grab yourself some cocktails and head over to your favorite arcade and play on! Once your ready for your refill, press the button next to the arcade controls to call a waiter/waitress!!!

My wings were cold and I don’t mean they weren’t piping hot but they were practically room temperature. Attendants can be rude, gross bathrooms, games usually in disrepair. I love d and b but this one needs a reboot.

Beer was warm and the one I wanted on tap was out with no plan to replace. I sat at the bar the place was empty and it still took the bar tender 15 minutes to serve me. Food probably sucks too I wasn’t willing to wait around to find out.

I wish I could rate with zero stars. The food and service was absolutely horrible. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and makers mark burger. It took an hour for the food to come. When it did, fries were cool, the mayo on my sandwich was so dry it was cracking, the bun was stale, the chicken was cold and very wet as if it had been sitting on the counter to defrost. The $ 9 mojito I ordered tasted like syrup. The waitress never brought water and we saw her three times. We were asked twice by different servers carrying food whether we had ordered entrees they brought. How does a business like this have waiters who don’t know where to take the orders to? Also the tables were always covered in trash. The whole time I was here the table next to me was not cleared.

My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon. My husband wanted to cash in our tickets for a new game for the xbox. He didn’t see much to his liking but the winner circle was better than other locations This location seemed to be recently remodeled, They have an excellent selection of games but hardly any ticket coin games. We didn’t eat here but did a grab a drink at the bar. Our bartender was super nice and hooked up my husband with a nice alcoholic strawberry shake. Delicious!

Terribad. Absolutely horrid. 35 min wait, no worries — busy Saturday night. 35 min drinks? Unacceptable. The meals were meh at best. The service was even worse. While sitting here writing the review we’re done and paid out, still a table full of dishes up to and including appetizer plates! Omg I’ve soo seen better service way whattaburger! Yeah avoid this place if at all possible

Fun place! Amazing game room! But the batrooms were atrocious and the service took forever. Most of the machines were broken or misread your card. Other than that, fun place to hang with friends

A pretty awesome place, even if you aren’t in it for the games. There are two restaurant and bar areas that are pretty well separated from the noisy gaming areas. I had the Cabo Chicken and my GF had the fish and chips. We also each had a very cold draft beer and we were happy with the overall service. Not a bad place for date night even if you aren’t there for the games. They have an extensive menu and everything is good and fresh.

This place was awful. It had been awhile since I had gone so my brother, my boyfriend and I decided to go get our gaming on. When we got there I noticed they had updated the bar area and it actually looked great, but that’s where the greatness ended. Everything else was still the same old out of date place. The restrooms were dirty and under stocked with TP and paper towels. The beer was flat and the food… Oh the food. It was just terrible. We ordered spinach dip, pretzel dogs and a mini burger/rib combo. The burgers and pretzel dogs were ice cold, as if they forgot to just heat them up. The spinach dip was OK but could tell it was most likely re-heated. The only thing some what decent were the ribs but the icing on the cake… the start of feeling sick 15 mins after eating and 10 mins later barfing up your dinner. Not exactly my idea of great food and fun. The place is expensive for what you get. I suggest saving your money and go only for the games or maybe just go to main event if you want good food and good drinks

This Dave and busters has some good employees, but the manager needs to re evaluate Friday days… We went in for games and drinks and there was only one server/bartender handling all the tables as well as the bar. She was super busy and needed help for sure. She was an amazing waitress but we waited forever to be greeted and to have our drink made. This place would be way better if there was more staff working Friday days.

Don’t go eat two hours before they close. I don’t really know if that was the problem but a lot of the tables were dirty and after we told one of the servers if he could clean one of them so we could seat, he told us to just find one that was clean and seat, or wait until the person responsible for cleaning the tables arrived. We waited for approx 10 min and then knew that he was never going to show up, so we sat on the bar. The servers were doing all they could to serve us, and food turned out to be average. There is a shortage of employees, but overall we had a good time at the play game area. Drinks are good.

Well, I see that it’s been quite some time since my last review of D&B. Ok… Dave & Buster’s, formerly known as D&B, revamped their menu and décor, and I must say that the upgrades and improvements were well done. It seems more festive, and certainly more like a place that you would want to take your family for fun instead of a cheesy version of an adult Peter Piper. Of course, wife and I always eat before we play, so we went to the restaurant for din-din. Wife had the teriyaki sirloin strips, and I, being on a new and more restrictive diet, ordered the salmon. All food came out in its usual time and hot and fresh, but wife ordered sweet potato fries and got mashed instead. No problem… wait staff promptly brought her beloved sweet tater fries out at no extra charge. Drinks were refilled quickly and efficiently. D&B…er, Dave & Buster’s has a new drink selection where you can order a drink with a flashy LED cube in it(they call it a «Glow Cone»)…anything to make that extra buck, I guess, but IMO, less alcohol. :-/ On to play in the Midway. Lots of new games. But… ACK! Most of the games no longer spit out paper tickets, but instead they credit your Power Card with them. I felt slightly cheated on a couple of games, but got used to it on my more familiar«coin push» games that I like(like«Wheel of Fortune»). The staff was a bit slow in assisting a player with her child’s game but eventually made it around(where’s that little switch like they have on the casino-type games?). And despite my prior post in Talk, I do have one minor issue: minus one star because they no longer have the Half Price Wednesdays, which was a BIG selling point for us(not that it matters because, except for last night, wife works on Wednesdays now). We have a large number of points on our Power Card, and they were advertising an Amazon Kindle Fire HD with a 10″ screen for 60K… was told that they no longer carried it, but had the iPad Air(EW!). Oh well… saving up for something else. Overall, still a pleasant experience if you have some extra money you want to spend on family entertainment.

Love that we have a D&B in our area. I don’t understand the negative reviews, this place is great for what it is. A place to take the kids, eat, play or have a drink while the kids play. I love their food, especially the wings and cheese steak. And their portions are plenty for those who eat normal sized amounts. And I’m 200lbs so I can eat ;)

Where else can you go and let your inner 6 year old out to play and not be ashamed? I love D&B’s! Only thing that sucks is when I drink to much and decide that getting the life size minions with my tickets is a good idea. We were here the night of the Rousey/Hohm fight(or whatever her name is. Rousey lost) and it was packed! Tried to get a drink at the bar close to fight time and gave up after 10 minutes of standing. Also thought it was weird how many kids were running around at 11:00 pm. Put those babies to bed!

You don’t go to D&B for the food, you go for the games. Ordered a whole bunch of appetizers and they all came out tasting like they had just been heated up in the microwave– stale and abnormally hot on the outside cold on the inside kinda deal. They’re just like any other D&B in terms of games. After someone’s won the bonus for a game(like the Kung Fu Panda or block stack one), the game is kind of rigged so that it can’t be won for some time.

It was pretty good. We ate first — Philly cheesesteaks, Mac and cheese, pretzel dogs. The cheese steaks were good. The nieces enjoyed their meals. On to the games. I felt gypped at every shooting game. They were always over quickly. Honest, I’m not that bad a shot. We hit a couple of games big. The tickets just spewed and spewed. We ended up with 4700 points, good enough for two stuffed animals and about 900 points leftover. Wish they had some pinball.
