CVS pharmacy

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. They treated me poorly, would not help me and told me to come in to pickup meds. I questioned why since the person in front of me at the drive thru (I eventually switched lanes to talk to them) dropped off a paper prescription and sat there for at least 20 minutes. I hate this place, and I am switching all of prescription to Walmart. A person next to me (Hispanic) told me your always going to get bad service at this store because your white. That never crossed my mind until. I watched them serve other people and the white people were ignored and talked down too. Going to write their headquarters, my insurance company and tell everyone on social media.
I won’t ever shop at a CVS again. This goes to show being a disabled veteran carries no weight. Probably get better service from ISIS.

Notorious for their bad service. If medicine is what you need, it is only a matter of time before before they let you down. My sister came last week. They said her medicine would be ready in an hour. Two hours later– nothing. I dropped off my medicine. I can back an hour later, and they didn’t even remember who I am or what happened with my prescription. They were totally unapologetic and took 20 minutes to run my insurance.

Service was exceptional on Rx and staff was extremely kind. Minimal wait time

1 star because you can’t leave a comment with no stars! The pharmacy dept is a joke! Let’s start off with they never have a prescription in stock they are always ordering it. Always! They send out these nifty little text messages that tell you your prescriptions ready, then when you get there to pick it up they say you never had a prescription and to contact the doctor. BUMS! Serena and her staff are a bunch of bums. My doc told me switch to Walgreens and I did!

I like this CVS. Staff is always super friendly at this particular store. I get «Hello, how are you?» every time I enter the door here. That lightens my mood instantly.
I signed up for the CVS ExtraCare rewards program. So I always get coupons, discounts, and ExtraBucks! I’ve gotten some amazing deals here on shaving cream, floss, shampoo, contacts solutions, etc.
Price is probably a bit higher than HEB, Walmart and the like for the same item. But stress level is much lower! Plus if you take the deals into consideration, you are actually paying less. Take tonight for instance, I bought 4 Oral-​B dental floss and got $ 7 ExtraBucks. I then used the $ 7 plus a $ 1 off coupon plus another $ 2 off manufacture coupon on a bottle of OPTI-​FREE Pure Moist contacts solution, I only had to pay $ 1.5! It’s like playing a game called let’s see who saves more, fun!
For some reason, I always prefer CVS over their competitor Walgreen. They are indeed CVS aka Consumer Value Stores!

There’s really nothing to review. This CVS was near my hotel and I picked up some cold medicine. It was neat and clean. The most memorable thing about this CVS was the young lady working at the front counter. Beautiful is to weak a word too describe her.

Clean and convenient, but a little over priced if you ask me. I’d rather go to heb and get the same product for less.
