Saw advertisement signage that a spa pedicure would cost $ 25(basic M-TH). Good deal for this area, everyone else is $ 33. Nice store, very good service, nice employees. Since I have moved to San Antonio this year I have tried about 10 different salons in the area. This salon will become my regular! I found this store because I use the Parman library and the walking trails off of Wilderness Blvd.

New management October 2015 The lady that owns the store now has been doing my nails for years now, she gives you the five star service for the fair price they charge! I would definitely give this store a try, Kim is amazing.

I didn’t even have an opportunity to give them a try. I bought a Groupon for this place. I called to make an appointment, and the lady who picked up the phone told me that if i had a Groupon, they were not taking them any more, and that they would give customers their money back. The conversations was a little weird, she could have offered me an appointment any ways, without using the Groupon, but she did not. I feel sorry for business run by people who have no idea how to do business, not even how to treat people.

I bought a Groupon for 2 manicures. Called Sat to schedule an appt for Sunday. Arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted and asked if I had an appt. I said yes, at noon, and the lady mumbled something about how it must have been someone else that scheduled it and for us to pick out colors. We picked some and sat down to wait. At 12:15 the same lady came and asked us again if we had an appt. I said again, Yes, at noon. She said it would be at least another 30 minutes before they could get to us. We decided to leave as we had other things to do and didn’t want to wait 45 min past our scheduled appt time. I had Groupon go ahead and just refund me. I have no desire to drive out there again in the hopes they might actually be able to see me.

Sitting in a pedicure chair right now writing this. Living in Stone Oak and trying to find a good nail salon that Won’t gouge you is extremely difficult to come by! As soon as I walked in the lady was very straight forward with pricing. Afterwards I looked on their menu and she was true to her word. I received and excellent pedicure for 25 $ which I didn’t think was bad at all! And a beautiful full set of acrylics for 30 $ I was extremely happy with the seizes and will be returning! Also just a side note, I am 19 so I was expecting for them to think I was a dumb teen and try to over charge me.

Sitting in the chair as I write this and after reading the other reviews. Not sure why I haven’t gotten up and left– maybe because I desperately need a pedicure! This guy does not make getting a pedi relaxing! After 10 minutes of trying to manipulate the chair remote and them noticing but not saying anything I finally asked if they could help me. The rollers in the back of the chair that are suppose to massage are stuck in a position where they are jammed into my lower back. They told me the chair was broken– I asked if I could have a towel or pillow to cushion it a little. They did bring me a towel but it is still so uncomfortable– at least it’s taking away from the pain he is inflicting on my feet!

When they where taking off my nails. The nail manicurists brought a dirty dish for me to put my hands In. With his own nails he was trying to take off my nails. Yuck! When he apply the acrylic part it was so thick and his excuse he was going to sand it off. Unnecessary if u know what are u doing. When I ask for the gel on thee top of My nails it seems to be a big deal and the applications was awful. Not coming back.

The service and prices are not very good. Took my elderly mother there today and told them exactly what she needed done. I know for a fact they used to do a mini pedi for $ 20 well they ended up taking a long time and charging her $ 30 bc they chose to do a sea salt pedi. Oh and right on the door it says seniors on Tuesday get 20% off and they didn’t give it to her. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this business but it will be the last.

This was my first time here and I followed my nail tech Son. The location is great, the place is very clean and professional. I will gladly make the 30 minute drive to come here. Keep in mind, if you like someone, stay with that person. Everyone has a different style.

I initially went in here and loved it. The first time I got a manicure and a pedicure and all was great. Well I just got home from my second trip to Cute Nails I had a horrible experience. The customer service was great but the quality of work was absolutely horrible and sloppy. This time around I asked for a full set. The guy was so sloppy with the buffer tool that he made me bleed on 7 out of 10 fingers. I had to tell him that he was really hurting me. Then, he took the nail file to the same spots he had just made bleed and began to file, ripping them again. If that wasn’t enough every time he painted a nail with some type of liquid or alcohol I sat there, cringing in pain, because my fingers were burning so bad. I came home with bleeding cuticles and left over nail glue all over the undersides of my fingers that I am still trying to pick off of my skin. I can’t believe I paid for this. I am disappointed because I really liked this place. Will not be going back.
