I received horrible customer service from CRT Flooring. One of the sales people insulted his associate in front of me and said «she doesn’t know what she’s doing». He completely degraded her in front of me and it was extremely unprofessional. Also, I never received a call with information on installation. I had to call them back at least 5 times and then finally somebody called me back. I left messages with Travis the manager that also went un-​returned. I was not happy at all with my experience.

I’m from San Antonio so when I moved to Austin I was THRILLED there are CRT’s here too!
I always recommend CRT to my friends in SA when they are renovating due to my past experiences at the one on 1604. The staff has always been really helpful, the selection is outrageous and the prices are beyond competitive.
You get to see, touch, feel so many more options at a showroom like this than you do at the big box stores. I guess because they are specializing in 1 thing they just know how to do it more than the reps in home improvement stores.

I was amazed at how condescending Paula the sales woman was. She has never been to our home but she had comment after comment how awful our home was and how we should redo all our floors.
She also let us know several times how «hopelessly out of date» our home is. Those were her words. She also was proud of how many times she said it, at one point she smiled and said that is the fourth time I’ve told you this.
The man who came out to measure out floors measured incorrectly.
We went to CRT because of the Costco Kiosk. I think Costco would be appalled, they have such high standards.
CRT fails.

Wow. Not sure where to start. Costco in Austin uses this company. The CertaPro painters through Costco we used last year were A+ awesome, but the rep from CRT that wasted our time is a HUGE black eye on Costco and an embarrassment to anyone in the sales/​service industry. Not even going to go into detail for what it took for us to obtain an overdue, incorrect and incomplete quote. Bottom line – I wouldn’t trust them to recover the floor in my dog house. Maybe it was the sales rep’s first day… and he was drunk… all week… and retarded. Legit-​looking website, but incompetent sales staff.
