BEST DOCTOR EVER!!! After a «less than spectacular experience with one Doctor» I went back to this ER because I was determined to have them check my blood count (being that I still felt very weak). What a difference!!! From the sweet front desk intake specialist Leanne to the spectacular nurse Jennifer, I felt my concerns were being addressed with care and professionalism. And things just got better. Once I was taken to room #5, in walks Dr. Solley. Now let me say, interestingly both doctors I’ve had at this clinic are tall, well kept (and attractive) European looking men. But there the similarity ends! Whereas the previous Doctor wouldn’t listen to my concerns, Dr. Solley asked good, investigative questions and, most importantly LISTENED to me! He treated me like a person who had a brain and a woman who had solid, personal intuition and knowledge about her body and health. Unlike the previous experience, this wonderful, warm, caring man didn’t treat me like I was an emotional female. No! He treated me as an equal, intelligent human being who deserved his attention. He treated me with dignity! Btw, I got that blood test and more. He had me moved to a different room when he noticed my back was sore. He ran several more tests besides just checking my blood count. He listened to my concern about the previous encounter and I learned he was the director. He followed up with at the end! He was every thing and more that I needed during a very stressful time. I now intend to make it my crusade to tell as many people as possible about this gentleman and the incredible patient care he gives. Thank you Doctor Solley:)

I was taken and seen by the doctor quickly. It is very pricey even with insurance as it is an Emergency Center.
I had a sinus infection and did not want to wait until Monday for my doctor. I do, however, recommend this for a real emergency to get the help you need without the wait in an emergency room.

This doc-​in-​the-​box won’t take Medicare or insurance for anything. Take lots of cash. Their «complete care» signage is a joke and false advertising as it makes you believe they want to take care of all your medical needs. NOT! They classify everything as emergency so they can demand cash. Try the Christus Santa Rosa at Alon a couple miles away.

This is the new location for the Complete Urgent Care that was in the HEB Shopping Center about 2 blocks away. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother coming here. It’s now an «Emergency Center». I was informed this by the very RUDE receptionist. She happily told me that they would be billing my insurance for full emergency room charges. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you want to overcharged. If you have a bonafide emergency there are several hospitals very close to this location. If you have something less urgent then go to an actual urgent care facility. Concentra is right down the street (2 blocks away), and they can get you in and out fast and cheap. Congratulations Complete Urgent Care, you just lost a customer.
