YESYESANDYES!!! This location has a large assortment of chocolate dipped goodies. The ice-cream of course was rich, yummy and spot on as always. The service was very friendly and expedient. They also have indoor and outdoor seating.

Good ice cream, just like any other coldstone, the employees were rude and made little comments to each other, the guy would not answer my questions. Not coming back to this location because of them.

Unprofessional employees. The guy that prepared my family’s ice cream was rude. so was the cashier. They started singing because of one of the customers and it was so bad(like someone was forcing them to sing). Be happy you have a job. You don’t like it then quit. No need to be rude.

Just left one of the worst customer service experiences of my adult life. I have been craving an apple for years since I had one in Denver. We go to the movies often. But something always comes up and we don’t make it. Today was the big day. We walk in to the lovely smell of chocolate, sugar and other goodies. We find our desires. Get in line and wait our turn. While waiting I notice samples. I’m always up for a sample. I get 2. The tiniest tip of the sample spoon honestly not enough to sway me from the beloved apple I came for. So I mention to the man who has his scoopers ready to go that we are interested in the apples and candy. The look he gave me was so shocking it planted me in my spot, he tossed the scoopers down and proceeded to the apples, my husband followed. So my husband places the order and I caught up and decided not to be my normal self and keep quite. Then it just continued he had an attitude, I could no longer contain myself so I asked him. Did I upset you by asking for samples and then getting something else.“oh no ma’am” in the most condescending tone. I’m just really busy and have to take care of all the customers. There was one family in line. We waited our turn so didn’t think it to much to ask for our time. I apologized for taking to much time and advised he wouldn’t have to worry about it again. We will never spend another penny in an establishment that in that incredibly rude. The one star was gracious. Good luck in this world with people like that being the face of any company.

It was cold winter’s night and I was hungry,(I hadn’t eaten in 6 weeks)(You see, it was during my Pacific Coast Trail hiking experience) ever door was closed. Except for Cold Stone Creamery(by the Santikos Palladium Imax just off of I-10 I had seen spiderman) It is by La Cantera Pkwy anyways, it was ok.

My favorite ice cream place ever. Okay maybe it’s because I lived in Austin and now Houston, and I can’t find a single coldstone’s near me. I end up coming here half the times I’m visiting SA. Anyways, Their ice cream is smoother and creamier than most places and they always have a great selection. Ask for a sample if you aren’t sure what to get. Right now they have a pumpkin ice cream. I always get the like it(small) mint ice cream with brownie mix-in in a waffle bowl. Total comes out to $ 5. Their brownies are nice, chocolatey, and moist. Definitely recommend! Service has been great! I just went today on a Saturday night and they have at least 4 – 5 ppl working. Super friendly too. Payment: They don’t take Discover card, but do take visa. No bills over $ 20. They also sing a little jingle when you tip them. Seating: maybe like 4 – 5 tables inside(although it’s freezing cold). And about 2 – 3 tables outside.

I know Coldstone is a chain but darn it is a good one. Their ice cream is rich and has great texture to it. I love all the Coldstones in the city but The Rim location across from La Cantera is my favorite. This location is convenient and is situated near other fun spots. Parking is comfortable and easy to access as well. Try the birthday cake remix, it’s heavenly.

Excellent service. A little pricey but amazing cheesecake candied Apples. It sucks to have this place so close to work because it’s too convenient to grab one on the way home. It’s at that point that you realize calories are much easier to pack on than take off. #firstworldproblems

My husband and I love this location because the service and quality is top notch! The CSC over at 1604 E is terrible. One time we took home a half gallon of ice cream and they barely put any ice cream in the container. Over here at the La Cantera location, Korrie… I think was her name packed it to where a normal container should look like. I was just there yesterday again to buy an apple and those are just stupid good. This is our permanent location from now on!

Cold stone. We meet again… This cold stone experience was a lot better than the other one. This one looks more upscale and cleaner. Maybe it’s the location because the rim is really high maintenance lol.

Of course when it became my turn, I got the skinnest and scrawniest employee there to mix my mix ins… I hope it was this person’s first week of working at Cold Stone because it was seriously disappointing… like someone just sprinkled the mix-ins on top… and when you pay top price for an icecream establishment to put in mix-ins, I guess I just expect more. Ice cream was good though!

This place is terrible. The staff here can never make my 2 to mango shake right. I’ve ordered it 4 times and was correct only once. The girls here also get completely overwhelmed when it gets busy. Maybe the ice cream and candies are good but the service should really be zero stars. I won’t go back unless I’m getting something that a 6 year old could make!

the ice cream here is too sweet/dense for me, so i usually don’t visit cold stone. however, i heard about how they offer frozen yogurt now, so i decided to check it out. unfortunately, it’s just the same old frozen yogurt they’ve always had. the kind you can buy at the grocery store in the ice cream aisle. i was thinking something along the lines of yogurtland/red mango + toppings. not so much.

Yay, an icecream shop that has healthy options! So, I am a huge fan of icecream and well, pretty much any sort of dessert type thing, but I do try to eat relatively healthy. Cold Stone is a great place to go to take care of my cravings, but not give me dessert eaters remorse. If you choose Sinless Sweet Cream, you can get the same things, but without all the calories. The Rasberry Sorbet is awesome and if you choose fruit mix-ins you will definitely feel better about stopping for icecream three times a week.
