Wow. Seriously. I have no idea what all previous reviews went because I can truly tell you, it’s not this place. This place was horrible, worst ever. I should of known better when I walked in on «lunch time» and found the place almost completely empty. I ordered the special. Chicken sweet and sour and literally it was cooked hard. Pieces of «hard» batter. That is not Fried! The vegetables where wrinkled and tasted old.(Refrigerator flavor) but warm because of the heat in the stove. When I asked to return it, the wait staff said ok but when I ordered the lemon chicken she simply stated«it’s going to be the same as the other one!» I was confused«you mean you over fry everything» I simply ask to charge me for what I ate and they said I can leave. Horrible horrible horrible place. I can’t do 1⁄3 star that’s why I gave it a one.

I work at a salon down the road from this place and we order from here at least once a week because the food is really good, but the last time I ordered the pad woon sen I took a bite and felt something new hard and crunchy. Turn out there were little shards of metal in my noodles and I’m pretty sure I swallowed some before I realized what was happening. Really stinks because I loved this place but I will never be able to eat here again.

Don’t bother. Not really good at all. The beef in the curry was low quality and whatever other Thai dish we did get was covered in bland brown sauce. Not worth it at all.

I cannot stress how absolutely FANTASTIC this place is!!! My boyfriend and I went for lunch,(he got the tofu pad Thai, and I got the chicken chongco fried rice), and we cannot wait to come back! Everything was delicious, especially the rice. Super flavorful, large portions, and fast service. Also the Thai iced coffee with tapioca pearls is great! Can’t wait to come back.

I’m spoiled from Austin and Houston thai food. It’s okay. Worth eating, decent prices. Fast delivery. When I’m stuck to the couch I’ll order it.

I can really appreciate how this place makes it a point to give you fresh just made fresh rolls. This is great because many places pre-make the rolls and they end up tasting rubbery. Not here though, they have always been soft and delicious. The food is pretty yummy as well. Lots of vegetarian options and vegan selections. The bubble teas are good as well. Personally Taro is my favorite but I found out that I prefer the pops in my drink here as opposed to the tapioca ball because theirs seem to be more on the firm side. I like mine a little softer than the ones served here. Love the curry options and they have delicious noodle entrées to choose from. One option I would love to see here is a brown rice as a alternative. The staff is pretty friendly and for the most part very accommodating. However one day when we ordered take out and my boyfriend forgot to take the drinks off the counter before he left. They called me since I put in the order online. I couldn’t get ahold of him because his phone died to let him know that he had left them. Ergo I had to race over there to rescue the special beverages since it was now closing soon. It was three Taro root bubble teas with pops instead of tapioca ball. When I arrived they told me that they had accidentally made the drinks with tapioca ball and asked if it was okay? I told her that we preferred the pops since we had placed the order for the drinks since we had that particular flavor in mind. Not to mention I had driven all the way back over there since my boyfriend forgot the drinks… She gave me a(oh sorry about that) look and just pushed the drinks at me in a(here they are anyway) kind of motion. That was kind of weird and definitely disappointing as a reaction but It was raining outside and a lightning storm on the way so I reluctantly took the drinks anyway and headed out. Better luck next time.

I’ve never eaten inside, always to go. My food is ready in about 10 – 15 minutes. I’ve only ordered the shrimp pad Thai, since I am obsessed with it. I can not get enough, it is the best pad Thai I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to soooooo many restaurants and ordered pad thai. I’ve finally found the spot to get it, so much flavor!

We have eaten this place before and enjoyed it! Never again. Tonight we ordered our food waited over 2 hours for delivery. Called the place, and asked where it was to be told«it’s out for delivery» waited another 20 mins and nobody is knocking on the door. So my wife calls and they say they don’t have our order at all. After trying to figure it out with the manager I say lets just place the order and he tells me no because they are closing. This problem was created by a service that this company uses and therefore they should have held some responsibility to the service that they were providing. Instead they argued and fought. I have never put a Unilocal review up(don’t know if I ever will again) but this service warranted one.

The service was good, the noodles were spicy and the Thai iced coffee is THEBEST! We’ve been here a couple of times and each time the food is consistently good. No complaints other than the women’s bathroom could use some cleaning up.

Something about San Antonio and their Thai food. I must be spoiled living in Seattle because even run of the mill Thai is at least decent. The panang here is soooooo watery. My Phad Thai was better than my first experience here in this city but was still very questionable in terms of flavor and spice. The one thing I can say about this establishment is that the staff is super friendly and the Thai iced tea is high quality.

Good stuff! The wings are out of this world! they are. Very crispy and spun in a sweet and spicy tamarind sauce. Very flavorful. The fried dumplings are well seasoned and crisp. The Tom yum soup with seafood is a savory treat with shrimp and mussels and just enough spice. The pad wu sen is great, the eggs are fried on the flattop and add so much to the dish. This place is well priced with a decent Asian beer selection. All of the menu items are well made and taste fresh. We’ve had the mango and sticky rice as well as the fried banana and loved them both.

I’m sort of a Chinese food snob, so I thought I’d give this a try. I ordered through –so easy! Just pick a food you want, find a place, order and viola! Done. Super easy! I ordered the spring rolls – really good, just like my friend makes them. :) I also ordered cream cheese rolls – basically like a crab ragoon but without the crab… holy cows, they are addicting! Really, really good! Loved them! And lastly I ordered beef teriyaki and white rice – rice was perfect, meat and veggies were perfect too. Carrots-cooked yet crisp, onions – which I’ll only eat cooked, perfect, and the meat – also perfect. Overall – totally gave it 5 stars! Oh and my delivery guy, very sweet and courteous – definitely got his tip. ;)

This place is awesome in a pinch– only 10 minutes to pick up a to-go order! I’m a bit disappointed in the quality of the meat for the price(got quite a few tough pieces), but the seasoning and spice level were right on. The sticky rice was delicious and I loved the broccoli side with the order. Friendly staff greeted me promptly and had me out the door in minutes! Not a place I’ll frequent, but it’s a great back-up option.

I tried the online ordering through Unilocal, which didn’t work. I’m glad i called shortly after to confirm otherwise they would have closed and I wouldn’t have gotten my food! I don’t think that is the fault of the restaurant, though. I enjoyed the summer rolls I ordered. Anything with peanut sauce is a hit for me, though. The panang curry was solid. My favorite was the Tom kha soup. You can get it with chicken for $ 4. It’s not a big bowl, but it is a solid treat in the winter time. Another bonus is being able to order items to the spiciness you like. Be warned, the spicy is pretty darn hot!

to me, this is thai food on a panda express level of standards. so not terrible, but it wasn’t panda express priced. pad see ew + egg rolls = $ 21. PADSEEEW | soggy/greasy, flavorless(unless you consider burnt/bitter a ‘flavor’), chicken was dry as cardboard EGGROLLS | really thick skin and little filling, but overall much better tasting than the pad see ew based on the Unilocal reviews, i had high hopes for this place. got my food delivered(by a 3rd party company) so i can’t comment on the restaurant itself or the ambiance but they did prepare the food pretty quickly(~15min) and portion sizes were decent(especially for delivery, where many restaurants often rip you off on the amount of food they pack). idk if i want to give them another shot… probably not. there’s definitely better thai in town! check out thai bistro and sushi or mayybe sawasdee(they’ve definitely been on the decline lately though). unless you enjoy bland or burnt food, avoid this place!

Even though they are one of few delivery spots, I’m opting out of a return — here’s why: Bland flavors on my Drunken Noodles Way, way too sweet Sweet and Sour Chicken Slow delivery(they messed up the order and called 20+ minutes after I placed it to call and clarify)

Such a waste of time and money! Do not get delivery from here. Was quoted 45min to 1 hour for delivery. Seemed reasonable for a Saturday night. Well, 2 hours later the delivery man shows up with no change! He reaches for all of my cash telling me it was okay(it wasn’t). I was staying in a hotel and was forced to ask other guests from different rooms for change and then walk barefoot to the front desk to ask them! My sister and I rip open the bag, starving! But alas, no utensils which was a problem considering we had salads! The salads were also warm and the hot items were cold. The food was also bad! I ordered the duck salad that only had pieces of skin and fat. No meat whatsoever! Thanks for ruining San Antonio for me as well as part of my ride back to New Orleans(I felt sick the next day…)!

The Yen-Ta-Fo soup is amazing. I’m not sure what«pink» broth is but the flavors are amazing. Shrimp, squid, tofu, and muscles. Good with like as well. Nom Nom Nom.

VEGANOPTIONS! The pad gai gaprow is my absolute favorite. If you tell them you are vegan or vegetarian they will tell you what can be made vegan. They can also make any if the boba teas without milk no problem at all. The spring rolls are dynamite and the sauce they serve with it… Jesus Christ it’s good! I wish I could put it on almost everything!
