Chick-fil-A

Normally Chick Fil A has great service and their food is great but not today! Staff was not polite, tried to charge me for tap water and the chicken is the chicken salad sandwich was horrible! Also, my husband said the lemonade was bad! I expect better out of a chick fil a! Not cheap to have all that wrong!

Great customer service. Always fast and always busy. Good for kids with the toy trade-​in for ice cream.

Chicken sandwich always good. The drive through is always long but worth the wait! be sure to try their chick-​fil-​a sauce and their hand spun milkshakes.

It’s Chick Fil A. I don’t know what else I can say. Their fasf food is pretty much the best. Their chicken is tops. Nothing more I can say about that. The customer service is top notch. That’s what makes this place stand out. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Like most Chick Fil As it gets packed.

I probably don’t need to write a review about this place and its food because Chick-​Fil-​A always bring their overly aggressive hospitality each and every customer. I am writing this not for my present experience but for my last one. I think think someone said it best. «The customer won’t remember their food, to a point, their coke, etc, but in the end they will remember how they were treated. «and because of the way I was treated during a pretty embarrassing self inflicted moment.
Basically the last visit was following suit like all the other visits I have made to numerous CFA, but at the end of my last visit basically has locked me in to being a regular here or at least until my doctor says to knock it off.
So fast forward through the visit. There is only so much one can describe about CFA’s constant flow of customers after customers with every personality known to man. The good the bad, and the ugly. I probably fall between the dumbshits and the ugly. Anyhow as I go to grab my 30 something ounces of soda, in slow motion it seemed the cup slipped from my hand and and the lid left the cup ever so easily and the cup, the cup full of thirst quenching pop fell ever so gracefully right in my lap. It took every power that be not to pull a Christmas Story type foul language scene. I was heated for sure, my crotch was on ice though. I felt like an idiot and tried to clean up as fast as I could before the next group of hungry customers were released from the counter because we all know it was their pleasure getting them one step closer to the chicken that basically melts in your mouth.
A young man came up to me with his CFA uniform, looking As sharp as I have seen. Without hesitation and his soft spoken word he asked he I was drinking for the refill he was about to get. He didn’t even acknowledge that I dumped 30 ounces of soda on my crotch. I obviously felt horrible and was frantically trying to clean up and make a swift exit. The young man whom I had noticed working his tail off from the second we arrived to the second we departed was a breath of fresh air. He had some nice ink on his arms which I appreciated because I have tattoos and in areas that could be seen by the publics eye. They were tasteful yet unnoticeable because his uniform was on point like the majority of the CFA team. I didn’t get his name and I should have tipped him something but timing and circumstance all I could do is thank him for his customer service and his character. To the parents and family that raised the young man to the supervisor that could see his talent, potential and kind soul. Thank you as well. Sorry this was long winded but I will be back, and hopefully NOT make an ass out of myself. Whomever reads this from a corporate social media monitoring position please pass along a thank you from me please. And to the rest of the team well done as well. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. Kinda creepy but I would.

The service at this location is crazy amazing! Several times now, during the lunch hour, in a really high volume business area I might add. I have received my order before even finishing to pay. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes in line to order drive thru or inside, and we all know how Chick Fil A lines can get… The employees are cheerful and ecstatic about the super fast orders as well. It’s so appreciated to have a business strive at being fast pace and staying delicious doing so.

The service at this restaurant is always great and we are greeted with a genuine smile. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Everything tasted delicious and the portion sizes were as expected. The lettuce and tomato was fresh and the slice of chicken the same size as the picture (unlike other fast food chains). The restaurant is clean and tidy.

As always, impeccable service and delicious food. The sweet tea is always sooooo good. I had my dog with me one time and went through the drive thru and they gave me a dog bone for her! I was shocked. Really friendly staff every time I’ve gone. Will most definitely be back again.
