Should have known better than to buy anything at a Kiosk in the mall. They did repair install on my ipad and sold me a case for it. Was very happy until I got home and just couldn’t get the screen clean. I went to best buy to get some glass cleaner, turns out all the dust is on the bottom side of the glass they didn’t clean during the install. Also, they guaranteed my warranty would be good at all locations since I live in Houston, but the work and was getting done in San Antonio… LIE. They are each independent dealers that buy these kiosks and they don’t support each other, neither does the parent website. Total sham. The case broke and started to stretch and deteriorate after 2 weeks, no return. The guy actually said, «sir this is used!» Of course it’s used, that’s why i want my money back, it’s used for a month and looks like this! You get what you pay for! They will lie to you to sell you anything at the kiosk.
