I do love this place and trust them with my child. My child has been coming here since 2011 and I fell in love with DR Ferrer. I do usually wait awhile in the office to see her but she is very thorough and takes her time to make sure you are fully aware of the issue. Then during an emergency I could not get in to see her and had an appointment with DR Castro, he is just as great without the wait. Will recommend to everyone!

So, my last review was great for my doctor and average for the office staff. After several more visits, screw ups with appointments, booking the wrong doctor when I specifically asked for a different one, misinformation between the doctor and what the pharmacist advised for my infant, an hour wait in the appointment room for the doctor, her not calling in the prescription, having to have an on call doctor put it through overnight, then going to pick it up to find that they put my minor daughter’s address in incorrectly. I’m done with this doctor’s office. Will be taking my high-​paying insurance elsewhere.
