Called when I was having a plumbing issue, not very impressed with the phone call I received back from them. Needless to say I called another company who came out fast even though it was at night they were able to get to their truck and fix my issue.

Emergency leak in the pipe in washing machine alcove. Unilocaled Capps whose address indicated they were close by. Answered by wife of owner/operator and she was friendly and informative, made good suggestions and called back to inform me when a plumber could make it out. Honest scheduling. Told me that if he couldn’t make it she would let me know so I could schedule someone else. Then, called and someone came out within the hour. He was friendly and competent. Did a good job. Cleaned up. Reasonable rates. I would use them again.
